Nice resort with few issues. - Same room key works for many rooms. - Spa service is very slow - TT table and bats are broken - Road to TGI and TGI entrance boards are not maintained at all Good things - Rooms are clean and hot water all day. - All rooms have balcony - Swimming pool is Clean - Tea is free and bhajji is good - Restaurant food tastes soo good - Bonfire they do daily (even in rainy days) - Umbrella for guests if it rains

One of the best stay I had. I have to specifically mention about Ms.Rhiya from the front desk. Excellent hospitality and great support from her side made it a memorable trip for us. We were a group of 15members including Guyz, Girls and kids. The receptionists were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. Food was tasty and at nominal price. We stayed in Arabica room and it was a very good experience. Great looking suit, was well equipped and the service was very good!! Keep going TGI..

The best stay ever. The environment was pleasant and welcoming. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy. We were a pack of 50 PPL and they handled all of us with care , best part is all were happy with the stay and the food on chef menus was perfect .
