This hotel is simply amazing! The staff are so helpful, the food is fantastic and The facilities are top notch. We had afternoon tea here, a group of 25 of us and it was lovely. We never once felt rushed, sitting next to the Christmas tree, looking out at the fab view! Dinner was another highlight, the food was no...

Dear Sheilamcork, We remember your Party well and we are delighted to read how much you enjoyed the Hen Party. The Tower is a lovely spot for an afternoon tea and, even in Winter, the view is so nice and relaxing. Graeme & Alex have made the Afternoon Tea something of a speciality and it gets rave reviews. Spent a few days here for family celebration the food was excellent as usual, the staff are a joy, each more helpful, friendly and good humoured than the next. The rooms while a little worn are very comfortable. One major quibble the hotel needs to address urgently is the lack of a proper designated smoking area. smokers are forced to...

Travelling with a toddler and an 11 month old is testing at the best of times. Often moving outside the comforts of your own home can spell a recipe for disaster (where parents need a holiday after the holiday). However, I can say, hand on heart, that if you don't feel welcomed, and cared for from the moment you grace...
