„ We will come back! „ This promise we have kept now for the fifth time. Having seen a lot of this extraordinary country we have always spent our most beautiful days round by Sibylle and Jochen: beachfront villas, that offer you everything you need for relaxation: a well equipped kitchen, hammock , veranda and a nice little pool with...

We felt so fortunate to have found Casas Pelicano. We stayed for 7 nights this past March in the 2-bedroom Casa Mapache. We absolutely loved it. The cottage was pleasant, not fancy, nice kitchen, clean bathroom (but I loved the outdoor shower better) , 2 small bedrooms, one with double, one with twin. But what made it so wonderful was...

It is hard to find a more peacefull and beautiful place to relax, unwind and enjoy nature. The property is just above the beach where perfect waves crash on the rocks and sand - you can watch for hours. The garden is magnificent and all the different kinds of plants and palm trees create a fantastic setting. The small yet...

We stayed five nights and had a very good time there without doing much :) The Casas Pelicano exist of only two pretty bungalows that are located in a remote part of the already remote village Junquillal. They are situated just above the beach which can be seen from the bungalow's terraces and reached...

Sitting right on the Pacific ocean, these beautiful little cottages are well equipped, well maintained - and affordable ! The views are spectacular - the sounds of the waves are soothing - and the luscious tropical gardens and the spacious terraces create very private outdoor spaces for the guests. The quaint, relaxing community offers a great little supermarket (for all...

While checking out Playa Junquillal area we noticed a sign for Sibylle's Casa Pelicano Cooking School. We rang the buzzer and were soon warmly welcomed by Sibylle. We booked a dinner lesson for a few evenings later. There were 4 of us, 2 experienced cooks and 2 non-cooking husbands. Sibylle wouldn't let us guys off the hook... we were soon...

We just spent 6 nights in Casa Tigrillo at Casas Pelicano and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our secluded casa had all the comforts of home, plus a spectacular view and sound of the Pacific, just a few steps from our door. We enjoyed cooking in the well-equipped kitchen and whiling away the hours on our spacious porch. The sunsets were...

This place is a splendid mix between comfort and secludedness where the owners, Sibylle und Jochen, ensure that you are having a wonderful time. We took our little daughter of 3 months there and she loved swinging in the hammock in the shade, long beach walks in the early mornings or staring at the amazing sunsets in the evenings. Given...
