Hotel a short walk from the old town and the dive centre;, excellent breakfast buffet, bar and reception areas are fine, rooms getting a bit dated, but bathroom OK; staff were charming and helpful. Jet2's transit arrangements were excellent.

We stayed at the end of the tourist season, so the hotel was not busy. Our impression was that the hotel was shabby and tired. The carpet was stained in places, a lamp shade was torn, and the cleaning could have been much better.
Our room was spacious. Breakfast offerings were e

A short taxi ride from the ferry, an easy walk, 25 mins along the sea path brings you to Marko Polo. We found the decor a little dated and tired looking, especially our room overlooking the pool. Very good service from Reception.
Breakfast is very good, plenty of variety.

The hotel is well located within walking distance from the old city.

Room: I hadn't booked a sea facing room, on arrival I did check with front desk staff but they only had one sea facing room available which they said was small. The lady offered to take me up to the room to se

We have just returned from Korcuka after staying at the Marko Polo having booked with Tui. When we arrived at the hotel it was very late due to a transfer of almost 4 hours, we had no food on arrival but would like to state this is the fault of Tui not the hotel. It was also the

Hi Kingsleyh268 and others who have stayed in Marko Polo. What daytrips are available from Korcula and Marko Polo? I love the look of this hotel, but my friend is concerned that the island location means options to see other parts of the area will be limited (we are first time travellers to Croatia). I understand daytrips to Dubrovnik, Hvar, Mljet all easy, what else generally is available? Thanks in advance for anyone who can provide any info :) much appreciated!
There are good ferries between hvar and Korcula, and korcula and mljet the National Park, Dubrovnik is further on from Mljet

Gow do you there from the airport?
I went on a package holiday which included the transfer. It was a long transfer from Dubrovnik airport by coach dropping off at other hotels, a short comfort break and then a boat across. About 3 hours or so in total but with stunning coastal scenery.

If we book a b and b deal can we upgrade to half board and how much would it be for 10 nights
Suggest contact hotel directly. I went on a package holiday half board however wine which was local was not included and was equivalent to about £5-£6 per glass. Looking at the prices of eating out in the town they seemed to be comparable with at home but of course with better views and weather. I ate out at lunch time and a salad with a coffee or glass of wine was about £12.

"We went for a Junior Suite with an inland view. Room was perfect. If you like a smaller room, go for the sea view. "
