Our room was large, clean and beautifully appointed. Wonderful walks with beautiful views in the vicinity. Katrina is a superb hostess and the breakfast she served was the best we had on our trip. Attention to detail was perfect. Perfect Lake District stop over.

Lovely accommodation and friendly owners. Great to find somewhere that allow dogs. Great location as a Base with keswick and Carlisle near by. Lovely views. The accommodation was very clean and had most of the amenities (no washer). Could do with WiFi. Overall a very good accommodation which we would recommend.

We had to stay here at very short notice and could not have been made more welcome. I would give Kiln Hill Barn ten stars if I could. The view from our very comfortable and clean room was spectacular and the food was excellent.

Beautiful rooms kept spotless clean with views towards Bassenthwaite Lake and Skiddaw. Food 1st class - I always returned home much fatter(!). A lovely, peaceful place where I could sit outside in...
