We stayed here twice in quick succession, once for a family occasion and once on the way to pick up a ship at Southampton, and after a six hour drive down from up t' north, we had a warm welcome and a slick check in. The accommodation, particularly the bathroom, were spotless, and the furnishings were in very good condition....

We stayed two nights for a concert in Bournemouth. The staff were very courteous and everything was ready to sign in. The room was very clean and warm. I had an accident by spilling tea on the bed, went to reception where promptly given fresh sheets and towels. They even came down to take the dirty sheets away, this was...

The hotel is excellent, parking was free, staff were pleasant. The room was newly refurbished and was very clean with a very large TV. The hotel is situated close to a large supermarket and has many eateries not too far by car. The hotel had excellent bed and black out curtains.

Just stayed here for 3 nights one of premier's finest for sure. Immaculatley clean lovely pleasant helpful staff, good location for spending time in the new forest which was what we wanted. Only had breakfast once in the beefeater next door which was fine but the other days we walked across the road to sainsbury's where it was a lot...

Booked this hotel early for a five night stay for my wife and I, so got a good deal. As my wife is disabled, we required an accessible room. This had a large wet room with a fold down seat in the shower area. The room appeared to have been recently renovated, and as we have found in the past...

The hotel itself is good but the beefeater next door was poor so it would be unfair to mark the hotel down due to its performance. The front desk was helpful and friendly. The room was of a nice size and the bathroom too. The room and bathroom amenities are basic but expected as part of the chain. Main plus...

Stayed with my husband and two young children enjoy route to holidaying in the west country. Checkin was seamless and the member of staff very informative booking us a slot for lunch and dinner just feet away at the Beefeater. The room was large and spotlessly clean, great lighting so we could still see what we were doing whilst the...

Lovely location, nice big rooms, nice staff, great security. Enjoyed the stay. Could do with a bit more parking. Nice restaurant next door where we had a good breakfast and evening meal plus drinks for very reasonable price.

The room was very clean and comfortable with a good sized en suite. Plenty of parking. Very friendly reception on arrival. We snuggled down for a good night's sleep only to realise that there was a continuous humming (possibly electrical) noise in the room. In addition to that there was the noise of some sort of equipment starting up outside...

The title says it all really. Like all premier inns this is good value for money, only a few miles from the new forest or the beach at Bournemouth. It was quiet, clean and I think recently renovated. Downside, they never can overcome very warm rooms, fans are supplied but are too noisy to sleep if on. The wifi is...
