I think this is a new hotel. Certainly it is the best i have stayed in in Khammam town. (My third visit) It is officially a 3 star hotel. I spent 5 days here and was surprised at the quality of the room and facilities- which all worked.
For westerners travelling in this area I would highly recommend it. The rooms are very clean and shower etc all high quality.
Printed room tariffs are:
2250 Rps for superior single, 2450 superior double, 2650 executive single, 2950 executive double and 4550 for a suite. I stayed in the executive single. Breakfast included. They also take a credit card.
Rooms are quiet and a street away for main road.

This is a newly opened hotel in Khammam, a short drive from the railway station. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood -- a good option for travellers who value their sleep!
The rooms are clean and of decent size. They provided with a flat screen and free Wi Fi. The hotel has a restaurant, and the food was good.
Buffet breakfast was adequate, and included in the tarrif.

I personally suggest this hotel.. Well maintained am particular abt washrooms.. Am surprised to see the clean maintainence in a town like Khamam...ambience in the reception is really good .. Food is good.. I suggest this than the Vishnu hotel

Khammam is a relatively small town and we were not expecting a great deal. But when it took a while for hot water to flow and the phone did not work we were underwhelmed. The food was excellent and the staff were polite and did their best to help.

I don't even want to give one star but no option, I m disappointed I thought at least this new restaurant in Khammam would be good in terms of hygiene,quality but it is as bad as any other restaurants in Khammam, today my husband got chicken drum sticks as my 3 year old daughter likes it,even after telling the cook to make it zero spicy with out any chilly on it they made it very spicy full of green chilly coating, moreover it was raw uncooked, they dint even care to wash the chicken it was blood on it,this is not my 1st bad experience with S park restaurant I had many more, I found instects n worms in the food too....so guys open ur eyes wide when u go out to eat any where ,because its just not safe as home,home food is the best

Decent hotel, good staff ( Very difficult to find in khammam). The restaurant is really nice but little expensive for a place like khammam. Also make sure that you order more food as the quantity is less. One should try chicken cheese sandwich ( have to wait 20 min.for that). Totally worth it.

The place is very friendly! Food is of good taste! Staff is very friendly! The GM is a helpful, courteous and friendly! The hotel has clean, bright and good ventilation rooms! Good view of KHAMMAM can be seen from the hotel

Booked on colleague's recommendation. Room, lobby etc. are good. A/C is not that efficient, even high speed fan with set temp 23, i was still sweating in the morning. Located within city.

Room was OK and house keeping did their work.
Hot water was available all the time and WiFi was working pretty well.
Breakfast was very limited, basically there is coffee and toast.
