Very nice receiving and nice interior, this is in budjet also nice accommodation ever I stay at out,it is veru near to bustand and railway station. Their services also so good very good hospitality at their, and everybody will like it

Standard rooms are very costly with respect to space and quality. We got a horribly small room for 1400bucks/night that too with no ambiance light unless you keep the main door wide open. Upon multiple requests the receptionist did not show us any other single room. With that money we get better and bigger rooms even in big cities like Hyderabad/Pune. One small narrow window is facing to another room and hence zero light or air circulation. AC noise was bad throughout the night.Bathroom is taking 1/3rd of the total room space and does not have an exhaust. Net covered window is again facing towards another room/corridor thus we felt very suffocating inside room. One room light was not working even when they changed. A completely damp and wet door-mat was kept inside room until we asked to change it. If standard room is like that then don't know how would be there economy room.
The government Haritha hotels in few cities are charging less but giving greater comfort and space.
This one is good for half a day stay or night stay for party guests but not recommended for travelers unless u r not getting any other hotel. Only good furnitures and attractive exteriors are not good enough unless the comfort level is up to the price level.

Westerners should be prepared to find that advertising and even photos are not always accurate to the way that we would describe things. For people who live in India, this is likely a very nice place. For those who are accustomed to the almost sterile environments in western hotels, restaurants and shops, it will be a new experience. Important things to know include: Power is iffy in India so having AC may not be as much of a perk as we think. No power means no AC. Clean is a relative term. The hotel is clean in comparison to the garbage-strewn streets of the city of Khammam and the open sewer. There were no chickens, goats, cows, rats, monkeys, or water buffalo in the hotel. There were, however, several generations of cockroaches! They do have western -style toilets, however, if someone down the hall uses it, their stuff comes up in your toilet while you are sitting there. The towels and sheets are stained and it gives it a very dirty look. Apparently they don't use Shout! or bleach in Khammam. They also do not clean the walls. Apparently only the floors need to be cleaned. The entire bathroom is the shower and the hot water is more like slightly tepid and it lasts for 30 seconds. My teeth were chattering every morning as I showered and some days the tepid water never came. If I had nowhere else to go I could stay there again but I find myself thinking I'd rather have the more authentic experience of a grass-roofed mud hut with a woven cot bed than staying in this place. But that is just me. You may like it fine. I guess it all depends on what you are used to.

The hotel is located in Old Club Road and is in the heart of the city, warm welcome by the front desk staff, the room was very neat having modern furniture, the bath was well hygienic and neat, the breakfast and night dinner we had was very tasty and delicious, overall the best hotel in Khammam with polite staff and the manager.

This hotel is very near to Khammam Railway station as well as Bus stand. Hotel tariff is very reasonable. Rooms are clean & spacious. Room service is ok. Good option to stay in Khammam with high amenities in budget price.

i was there with my friends on 22 sept, this hotel very closed to railway station but in very crowded area. Clean and spacious room with lift facility. free Wi-fi available in room. food also medium but the main thing that staff are not friendly. They not helpful in any matter.Free breakfast not in Buffet and fixed item in breakfast. If want to book this hotel, Please book without breakfast and better choose yourself.

Decent sized rooms at an affordable price. Has parking facility. Very near to the railway station and the bus stand ( walkable ). Can get good food in Rajasthani Bhojanalay which is nearby the hotel (Veg only )

I was on a business trip and decided to spend the night in Khammam before continuing my journey to next destination the other day. After checking out a couple of hotel in the city i found that this one was the best and also very fairly priced. It is located in the city and is conveniently approachable. The Hotel is just for lodging. It has no restaurants but boasts room service. The staff is very helpful and would provide room service for food and drinks round the clock.
