I don't even know where to start......
1. The staff speak literally no English, so communication with them was non-existent.
2. The bathroom taps and toilet flusher had so much limescale on, I was afraid to touch anything.
3. The food, what food was there was VERY limited and everything was cold!! You couldn't even get simple toast for breakfast. No variety in drinks, just beer, coke, sprite, water or apple juice!
4. Not sure why they have a swimming pool as there was no water in it!
5. Every morning guaranteed I would have no power in my room for at least 10 mins.
6. The one time it rained, there was rain water dripping from the roof (which i might add had electric heaters connected) into a bucket unitl it overflowed and was all over the restaurant floor.
7. You pay for the internet usage but then can only use one device.
8. The so-called entertainment that they provided was so unnecesarily loud for the amount of people that were in the hotel and this went on until 11pm EVERY NIGHT!
There is probably a lot more I could add, for a so-called 4 star hotel. I'm sorry, I don't know where they came up with that rubbish from, more like -4 star!!!!
My 'all inclusive' birthday holiday was a total SHAMBLES. The only good part of it was the excursions that I took myself on and meeting some new people.
I feel that I need to go back to Turkey but choose a better hotel, just so I can really have a PROPER enjoyable holiday!
And to think, when I was leaving they asked me to come on here and put a 'GOOD' comment about the hotel......well this is the best I could do.I am not going to lie, so this is my honest opinion.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for a few nights it was supposed to be a romantic get away and a late honeymoon for us.
Never in my wildest dreams could we have imagined how disgusting and disappointing this hotel was, it was dirty, the food was awful, noisy and if you went down for meals you had to be prepared to fight for them.
The staff was in no dress code so you could never tell who was a guest or who was staff! Our room wasn’t cleaned until we complained at one point we had a swimming pool in our room due to the rain coming in through closed windows??
However to cut the story short we didn’t stay in the hotel to eat and soon checked out .... no apologies so 4 star hotel don’t think so don’t even think it rated 1 star ..

Don’t waste your money on it. Food is horrible and very limited.
New owner is making money out of his customers by selling internet:) while in description it is claimed Free internet.

no internet in the room. limited internet in lobby.

I spent couple weeks in this dormitory ( I mean it - it is not a hotel). Shame to OTI Group and Odeon Tours who are selling this place as a 4* hotel.
The major problem is a total lack of management. You want to listen my humble opinion and hear what I saw the first moment I came to this place?
First, a sauna-guy who called himself Zefir (Kefir?) insisted in a rude form to attend only his sauna and when declined - promised us some problems in the future. Indeed, when our group and a friend from the near by hotel visited another famous sauna (hamam in Turkish) - Zephir got mad and said the access of our friend to the hotel lobby would be denied.
I have a feeling that this guy (Zephir) is part of a money-laundry group assigned to this hotel, aiming to destroy that hotel business and take control over it shortly afterwords. Otherwise - I can not explain his attitude as well as inability of a hotel manager to find a proper substitution.
My next complain goes to the total absence of a room service. With only financial donations we were able to urge cleaning boys to change the towels (1 time per 2 weeks) and bed sheets. They never cleaned the room (except for three times when the cleaning boys came at 8am and spent 22 seconds to imitate some activity).
The last, but not least, is the quality of food. Going under typical Turkish ad "all inclusive" this merely means very bad quality control and almost no variations in food ( sorry, but can not take soy-meat as food). Instead of reducing the number of meals in favor of quality, cookers (or those who planned what to prepare) increased the number of combinations of the same kind of food (egg plants fry, eggplants stew, egg plants sliced, egg plants mashed). Wine quality is something that can not be controlled as no scale was designed for such drinks.
And a final note - animator - a guy whose bad jokes never helped to drag visitors' attention for more than 10 second served the only purpose - to detract people from this hotel.
My conclusion is simple - this place requires total reevaluation in terms of hotel stars ( this is a hostel with garden and pool but nothing much). Solution is simple - replacement of couple bad guys who spoil the atmosphere in this hotel ( a sauna-guy Zephir, animator, a chief cook) would put this place back on track. BTW - beach is a tiny spot far from the hotel and you would be lucky to see any free places available.

I have spent two weeks in Royal Rose with two friends, and my best recommendation is to stay away from this place by any means.

First of all, it is focused almost exclusively on Russian-speaking guests, and the personnel barely understand English or any other language except, of course, Turkish.

When you arrive at Royal Rose, even before the check-in, a guy named Zephir will give you an orientation tour, paying special attention to his overpiced hamam (turkish bath) and trying, quite intrusively, to talk you into subscribing to his service. If you decline his offer, do it at your own risk - you might get a room that has not been cleaned after previous guests or what not. A friend of us, who lived in the hotel nearby, was barred from entering the lobby when Zephir found out that we visited an alternative hamam.

Also, do not expect that your room will be cleaned properly or your towels changed - not for love or money. We once noticed that daily room cleaning lasted only 13 (thirteen) seconds! The guys just smeared dirt on the floor and left. The garbage was not collected for days.

The only good thing about the hotel is its location - less than 100 meters from the beach. However, you will be lucky if you find an empty chair - there just not nearly enough of them.

I have no idea why these barracks have a 4* rating. To my mind, 2*+ is more than enough.
