Write a reviewMy Booking.com confirmation clearly stated "this room has a balcony". What I got was a really tiny room less than 2 metres wide with 2 bunk beds, one on top of the other (see photo). The manager informed me that all their single rooms are like this and that none have balconies. On the plus side, the room was perfectly clean and the bathroom was fine - nearly double the size of the room.
Despite the disappointment with my room, my stay was fine. The manager was friendly and obliging and the ambience was relaxed, but very old-school Italian. Lots of couples of a certain age sitting around playing cards in the evening, which I found quite charming

This place was nothing extraordinary but it was worth the price. I stayed in a room alone but there were space enough for 3 people. Room was pretty small but clean. Staff was friendly. We didn't eat here. We just stayed one night. It was well worth it and location was convenient although, we did have trouble finding it with the GPS!

Strategic location, near the train station and bus stop to Toblach/Dobbiaco centre. The room was warm and clean. Very simple menu at dinner but cheap and well cooked. Excellent buffet breakfast. Service was very good. It needs to be "refreshed" but the value for money is really good.
