This hotel is lifestyle of the rich and famous in the arctic. And there is not a competition for this in all the Scandinavian arctic region.
The pricing on the website is complicated but trust that if you have Between 8-10 people it works out to be a really good deal both if you opt to have just accommodations or plus a private chef for breakfast and dinner .
5 bedrooms that are all about equal in size and luxury so sleeps 10 that can be easily broken into couples and singles.
The layout of the villa is incredibly done so that there are breakout spaces for privacy but also easily manageable for all 10 people in one place.
The downstairs sauna / jacuzzi spa area is a party in a box - amazing.
The cinema room is movie star quality.
The outdoor shaman fire pit /bbq area is magical.
Staff are happy and very well organised to arrange all activities but you really need a car/van to get around here as everything is separately spread out.
We spent a winter holiday in Levi in March and booked one of the Levi Spirit villas for our use. Villa is covered by dark wood inside and the feeling is very warm and relaxing. Villa has huge windows and light and beautiful Lapland nature just comes in while You are sitting on a sofa. If You like cross country skiing or walking in the nature You'll just have step outside the villa.
Villa is nicely done, it also has very good soundproofs so that You can enjoy early evenings or late mornings while others are awake in the living room. Villa has absolutely all the facilities for nice, relaxing get away. Strong recommendation!
I spent three nights with Indian business guests. The villas are slightly outside the Levi ski resort, but to get an authentic luxury stay in the nature they are really good. Villas are luxurious and well equipped, with good space for socializing. Bedrooms are high quality, but fairly small (why no electrical sockets in bedrooms?). Sauna area really nice.
What a great villa for our family stay.
Enjoyed the Xmas tree and decorations upon arrival and really enjoyed the indoor sauna and outdoor jacuzzi.
Cooking sausages on the open fire pit was really good fun and being able to have log fires upstairs and downstairs was great.
The sound system can be enjoyed in the indoor and outdoor zones of the house and the drying room for the ski clothes was good.
We had a good walk down to the river where we made a fire in a traditional lap hut.
Reindeers came past on most days and we liked the location of villa 5.
Overall a great family stay and a brilliant week in Levi enjoying all the activities.
We were a family of 4 visiting Lapland. 2 kids age 6 and 4 - we wanted a once in a lifetime experience and we were not disappointed. Yes these chalets are very expensive, but we knew that when we booked. We do wish we had come with another family so we could have shared the enjoyment. However, we loved every minute.
We have high standards and these Chalets certainly met them. Ours had B+O everything. Don't forget to billing some CD's though - we didn't have any and so could not make use of the amazing stereo set ups.The atrium ceilings, open plan living, spa, fire room etc are amazing. You will struggle to find better chalets.
These Chalets have a great social set up and would be awesome for groups. The spa and sauna part is great and the fire room for roasting marshmallows and sausages also fantastic. A family of 4 can fit in the jacuzzi bath easily.
Try to have the food that requires cooking in home as we found this to be the best and the waitress / hostess are also very nice.
The activities were all very good - we did a husky safari, a reindeer safari, ice fishing, skidoo trip, father Christmas village day and skiing. Ice fishing is an interesting concept but kids get cold and you need to be a hardcore fisherman to appreciate it.
We were there for 3 nights 4 days and wish we had longer as would have done more skiing, ice rallying and visited the ice hotel.
This place is on a par with some of the world's best exclusive experiences such as Fregate Island in the Seychelles
