As worldwide travelers, this hotel was the biggest deception we had!
We payed 340 euros per night to have a suite with a view, we booked 5 monthes in advance and precised that we don't want to get the room in the lowest floor (small pool, view showing mainly a school), we got the confirmation by phone, and of course that's exactly the room we've got ( a couple came at the same time as us, for one night and they were given the room we have requested).

I should have recorded the way the manager spoke to us, narcissic, sarcastic and contemptuous. Never been treated this way.

We even didn't got the welcoming meal they are promising

The village is so far, the bus only comes once an hour and no timetable is displayed: you will have to get to the bus station and wait ( sometimes for one hour) and bus is often full.
You can't enjoy nights in Fira cause the last bus leaves at 22.00 pm.

Fortunatly, we booked two other hotels in santorin which were 4 times less expensive and near to everything, managers were so nice.

This was our worst hotel stay, that screwed up our first day in the island.

Never come again!

We stayed for four nights to celebrate our anniversary. Booked the two story suite and it was lovely. The hotel is finished with great care and a lot of thought has been put into this property. It is small and the attention to detail is noticeable. We loved the breakfast served in the room everyday, the quality and variety was great. The private pool was a great feature too, every room has one. The staff was very attentive and helpful. Pyrgos is a lovely village and it never feels crowded. The views are also amazing. Things to improve: more privacy between rooms by adding more plants and bushes; change cushions outdoors as they look stained.
I will let the photographs speak for themselves. Can’t wait to be back!

Such a wonderful few nights at Aeon Suites in the very picturesque town of Pyrgos. Sumptuous accommodation, with private spa pool - with a little jetlag i spent hours in the pool, gazing up at the moon and the stars - and early morning watching the sun rise. And breakfast was so wonderful - all that I love about Greek food. Spectacular photos of the looming mountain - and 180 degree views of the sunset each night.

Nicoletta was our host, so friendly and helpful. The male staff who brought the luggage and the breakfast and opened and shut the umbrella on the deck and brought back the lounging mattress on the sun deck after a couple of days of damp weather - so friendly and sweet natured. Felt that my every need was taken care of.

Next year again in late September I will be back. I loved everything about Aeon Suites.
