Nice location, friendly staff, but bed too firm and hot - ended up lying on duvet and using the cover over us. Usual high breakfast prices i.e. £17 for a couple who only want a porridge and small cooked breakfast between them! Conflicting advice re room heating controls.

This isn't the best Premier Inn i have stayed in. The building itself feels rather dated, being essentially one very long corridor over two floors. It is a 10mins level walk down unlit pavements along a busy road to Gargrave which has several good places to eat (assuming you don't want to eat in their pub-style restaurant) - in summer I think the canal tow path makes a nice alternative. That said the room was modern and to the normal standard. The service was friendly and competent. The car park was good. For me, breakfast is not worth the money as I don't eat a lot and the quality isn't great but we needed something because we were walking the Pennine Way and could not wait for local cafes to open. The breakfast buffet elements also felt rather lost in the big diner-servery area. As usual though, I slept well, they have got the essentials right - good bed, quiet room, good shower.

I am disabled. The staff were great with me and very helpful. The room had all the equipment I required including a wet room and bed risers. It was very clean and well cleaned ready for my second night. If there is a problem, my mobile could not pick up a signal. Great place to stay for the Dales.

We stayed 2 nights in a family room, first night we had noisy neighbors due to sound coming through an interlinking door but staff were very helpful in getting us moved for the following night into a room without a door. It was very comfortable and a good size bath with a decent flow of hot water, as well as the shower, kept my wife happy too! Very good location for walking around Ingleborough, Malham, Skipton etc.
