We came here for a summer holiday and if I were to come again I will choose the same hotel. The location is perfect, right in front of Ursu (Bear) Lake and near a cultural area where every night there are free shows. The facade isn’t the most modern, but that did not bother me. The rooms are clean and well organized and have modern facilities. The spa/pools facility is awesome and well thought and the personnel is helpful and friendly. On the downside, the internet was low to non-existent in the rooms and not much choice with regards to TV channels (more time for relaxation :)). Also, if there are any concerts going on around you hear them as if you are there, but we saw this as a plus and they usually end by 23:00. Overall I enjoyed myself.

The hotel is quite nice, oldie but Goldie kind of hotel. The pools are medium as sizes and warm, but a little bit dirty, they could clean them in 3 days at least once. The view from my room was very nice and in the room is space for anything you and the other person need. As for the breakfast and dinner, I must admit that I could have enjoyed more fruits in the morning and less of them in the evening. It was a very large variety from where you can choose both of the dinner and the breakfast. Overall it was a nice spent weekend and you should ask for one of their massages because they worth it.

I do not have pictures with the hotel room, but it was clean and nicely arranged, just like in pictures on the website. The resort is beautiful, and nature leaves its mark. Unfortunately the hotel staff is not very kind. I encountered problems with entering to the spa. I made the reservation 2 weeks ago. and I was informed that we had included in both days the entrance to the swimming pools, we booked the room for one night, on Saturday on Sunday. so on Sunday we were ready to go with my baby to the spa, but they did not let us go. it was a mistake of the employees in communicating the facilities included in the hotel rooms !!!

Hotel is nice with friendly people, not recently restored (old furniture), but looks good (cleaning is not the best, for a 4 star hotel). The view of the rooms from the lake side is very beautiful. Cool Spa area with pools, jacuzzi, saunas on two floors with a lot of extra services to choose from (massage, mud therapy etc.). Breakfast had great variety, lots of food options, very satisfactory!

Although it is the older hotel of Danubius in Sovata (Bradet is the newest), the conditions are ok..definetly not 4 stars...but ok.
The breakfast is very diversified (also for vegans).
The spa is also ok. The pool with salt water from Bear Lake is amazing...relaxing and hot.
