Reception friendly and professional. Room very clean. Beds extremely comfortable. Unfortunately no Hotel Information in room i.e. Spa Times, meal times, Skybar opening hours, Contact numbers etc. Lovely rainfall shower, unfortunately shower room leaked. Best hairdryer I have ever encountered in any hotel. Communal areas very clean, stylish and comfortable. Sky bar perfect for chilling. Gym well equipped. Spa looked good but the staff needs training. Paid to enter as we had not booked on the hotel website and were told after paying that the steam room was not working. Also two other guests were very loud and agruing aggressively. When we asked staff to intervene, they refused to do so. Breakfast was another plus, large choice, fresh food, professional and friendly waiting staff.
Great 4* Hotel that has been recently renovated. The room that I was in was large for European standards (in fact in some of the cities I have been to, it would have been classed as a mini suite), with a walk-in rain shower and separate toilet.
Lovely roof top bar with great views. Service was very good.
I kinda had a bit of nerves when booking this hotel off an artists impression website however I didn’t expect the hotel to be like Faulty towers.
1. check in
The guy checking us in seemed inconvenienced by our presence. Anyway he got paid and we got some basic info from him. His English was poor. We took it as a bonus to get in the room before 1500.
We were initially in room 5210 which is a premium suite. As the pictures will show they’re not like the website pictures. Colour scheme must be the same in all the rooms. Later the first evening we wanted a jacuzzi which took around 40 min to fill. Guess what. Didn’t work! I tried calling reception but the phone didn’t work so had to walk down. A maintenance guy was sent up and his only English word was sorry. After another 30 min at least he decided it was broken and we needed to move rooms. He filled up the jacuzzi next door (remember the filling time) and tested it before we were moved. We had been packed and ready to go for ages. No apology or compensation from the hotel at all. Jacuzzi in second room worked.
Single beds pushed together. Very hard mattresses. Basic bedding. One pillow. Not a luxury from a suite.
4. Seating area
As on website there’s a sitting area inside. There’s not. Unless you count sitting on the floor or the bed.
As per other reviews water is cold. Changing rooms small and basic. Nothing luxury about it. Sauna wasn’t working either. Glad we didn’t pay extra for it!
Good number of sun beds. Pool is very cold and small but ok for a quick cool off. Crazy you have to pay a 10 euro deposit per towel at RECEPTION! Why not at the pool? Why take a deposit for a towel for a supposed 4 star hotel?
None. You’ll see other buildings or a junkyard.

Guy at roof top bar with slight beard was rude and I felt I was inconveniencing him asking for a drink. There was a tall and thinner guy who was much better. Nobody seemed to have badges. Just plain t shirts. No real uniform in the hotel at all.
The hotel has lots of evidence of problems like stains on the carpet from leaks and damaged doors from damp. As per other reviews it has the potential to be a 4 star but not with the current management and standard of room finishings. It is in a good location though.
I really enjoyed my stay and this property was a much needed respite after some group travel. The location is excellent, walking distance from the port. The lobby is beautiful and the staff was friendly and efficient. My room was still being cleaned after I had been given the key and I was given a new room promptly. I was able to enjoy a whole day at the rooftop pool even after check out. Because the location was only 4 months open, they didn’t have all amenities up and running such as airport transfers or the ability to arrange late check in before the departure date. Also, the spa was closed during my stay and this was one of the reasons I booked this property in the first place. I was comped breakfast and this more than made up for it. Overall, this property provides its guests an incredible value.

Tried 3 separate times to get a drink at the rooftop bar whilst staff just wandered about ignoring you . This was shocking . I gave up Trying to be served .The attitude of the tall bar man was disgusting.
No irons , advised only 1 board in the hotel
Key card didn’t work after 2 hours , another wait & long queue , only to be advised I hadn’t paid for the room despite paying months ago
External noise very loud ! Some sort of club/ bar next door with loud banging music

As mentioned staff are surly / miserable. Maybes they’ve had a hard long summer ?
I wouldn’t stay again , unless the service improved, like previous reviews
Once they take your money that’s it , no concern or care , take it or leave it
