Everything’s was great, rooms are clean and were cleaning everyday. We’ve got room very close to beach and it was awesome. It’s true that if you have room beside to reception or restaurant you’ll probably have loud evenings ;) Also it’s true that this hotel is typically for Italians but I didn’t feel that staff treated us different because we aren’t Italians.
Animations (some for kids some for adults for example karaoke) are in Italian but also in English and (surprise) Polish.
About staff: I think they’re awesome. Very kind, very helpful, always smiling, keeping clean in room and also in restaurant.
Food: it was good, not great but typical for Greece. Everything was fresh and if you like seafood you’ll be happy because in this hotel on every diner you’ll have something from sea :)
In All Inclusive you can drink soft drinks, wine (white and red) and I think beer - in dinner room, bar and during the day in a beach bar. If you want some special drinks you need to pay but it’s normal. Also you have snacks in beach bar. If you have trip in the early morning you can takeaway breakfast (nothing special - 2 sandwiches, apple and some sweet but it’s nice that they have option like this).
Beach: I can’t say nothing negative about it. Nice sunbeds, paths from wood if you don’t like to walk on pebbles (which is typical beach on Kos). Maybe one minus is about beach towels. You can change it only every second day which can be problematic if you make it very dirty.
Downstairs of hotel you’ve got SPA (I don’t know anything about it because I didn’t use).
One thing also with minus is not nice smell from swimming pool in the evenings.
Near to hotel there is a bus stop to Kos city and to terms so you can explore Kos by bus.
I like that hotel and with a clear conscience I can recommend it for everyone who wants normal hotel with great people.
Just got back from a week All Inclusive at Natura Park. I must say when me and my mum first arrived for our girly holiday staff were shocked that we were English. The hotel is set up for Italian people with an Italian entertainment team. Don't let it put you off though. Staff speak English and are very helpful.
The room was specious with an en suite, big wardrobe, TV, charging points and a balcony.
The food was lovely with chefs cooking fresh pasta and meat dishes. Me and my mum don't eat much meat and the chef was very accommodating, checking every night there was suitable dishes for us. He even offered to cook more if there wasn't something we liked. The Greek salad bar was also great with true Greek dressings and cheeses. You must try the baklava pastries with fresh creams in, they are delicious!
My only criticism is that i would have liked to have eaten more Greek dishes as i feel their was a lot of Italian dishes. I personally came to Kos for the Greek culture and this is sometimes lost.
The hotel is a short trip away from Kos Town. There is a bus stop just outside the hotel which is 2 euros and takes about 10 mins. Catch the green and white bus number 1 or 5.Reception will give you a bus timetable if you ask, but generally buses run every 15 mins.
The pebble beach is great but you will need water shoes. There is a lovely breeze which is nice if you suffer in the heat. There are lots of sunbeds on the beach and if you prefer the shade you can go on a swinging sun bed with a shade over the top. If you enjoy water sports there is a wind surfing place on the beach. It isn't run by the hotel but i must say it looked great fun. The swimming pool is very clean and there is a kids pool for young children.
Last couple of things.....
I know mosquitoes can be a problem in Greece and i normally always get bitten. I didn't even have one bite here and i sometimes forgot to put repellent on.
Not all drinks are included in the all inclusive....
Soft drinks, house wine and beer are included however if you want spirits, branded drinks and cocktails it will cost extra.
The cocktails are 6 euros and i know the Smirnoff ice is about 3.50 euros.
Overall we had a fantastic time here but if we were to visit Kos again, we would probably find another hotel in Psalidi which has more of a Greek feel.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
The room was very comfortable (modern, equipped with DVD and flat screen). My room, which was excellent value, had a sea view and was literally 100 meters from the excellent Big Blue windsurfing center. I had a nice balcony area. I found the staff to be very helpful and nice. It was very quiet.
There was a problem with mosquitos and you had to open the door very quickly.
The power went out a couple of times and the emergency generator only powers the main lobby. It wasn't a real problem and lasted a max. of 30 mins. Not the hotel's fault.
There is a shortage of sun beds around the pool - if your aim is to suntan all day there you need to get up early.
The wifi is not good. It didn't work at all in my room and was iffy everywhere. This was actually good for me. I totally disconnected.
The beach is a pebble beach - don't expect a lovely sand beach - the view however is stunning.
The hotel is not true five star, but for the price, what do you expect. I thought it was excellent value and highly enjoyed my stay,
Just returned from my holidays at Natura Park Village. It was nice to be in Greece again after so many years and my stay at this hotel made it even better.
Food was excellent and with big variety. Homemade sweets and Greek coffee served in the restaurant. Staff was friendly and attentive.
The bar is very nice and well staffed. I enjoyed my evening drinks there at the company of the friendly staff.
Room was very nice well furnished and kept clean. The service was done daily and everything was cleaned spotless.
All and all I enjoyed my stay and I will for sure repeat it at this hotel. I read some of the other reviews and I sincerely did not observe anything wrong or similar to what it has been written.
