Just returned after been in lockdown since last Sunday.

Superior Apartments are lovely, we were in the blue zone 124. Very modern living room open plan kitchen and bathroom with 1 bedroom. We needed to eat in our room after the lockdown and we managed well with the microwave and hob plus a lovely big fridge freezer. Cleaners came every 2nd day, so friendly and they work so hard. Bedroom a bit small but you do only sleep in it, no dressing table to sit and do hair etc. Pool area is set out good. Grounds are spotless. Would defiantly recommend staying here. We will return to those apartments.

I do hope the complex gets through these hard times and gets back on track. ❤️

Just got back from here. Had a lovely time but the last two days were under the Spanish governments lockdown. Everything about the Villa Florida was excellent from arrival to departure. The room was clean and comfortable and the grounds well maintained. The pool area was nicely set out and the pool was warm and had a lifeguard present. The staff were excellent and very friendly throughout. We were particularly impressed by the young receptionist Jamie who was very pleasant, helpful and spoke English like a native. The location is brilliant being just a short walk from shops, bars and restaurants and a short trip to the beach. We would definitely look to stay here again and would recommend the hotel to anyone wanting to stay in the resort.

Just back from ten days at Villa Florida culminating in the lockdown decreed by the Spanish government in Madrid. From our arrival until our departure the staff went the extra mile to ensure we had a memorable holiday. On the morning after our arrival I reported a problem with the room allocated which they could not have foreseen, but could not rectify immediately so they offered to upgrade us from a standard room to a Superior room free of charge. We were obviously very grateful and appreciated the staff regularly checking if everything was alright during the rest of our stay.

Then, the day before we were due to fly home, came the shutdown of all bars, restaurants, shops etc and a ban on leaving the accommodation. We, along with the other guests, were anxious to know what was happening and the reception staff in particular were under a lot of pressure. They managed to stay cheerful, remain patient and have a smile for everyone and kept us all up to date with any developments. This was supplemented by several information sheets to make sure everyone knew what was happening. I cannot speak highly enough of them and their response to a unique situation.

As for the place itself, it is an excellent place to stay. It is very secure, the apartments are roomy and comfortable and the superior ones very well equipped although having a quality microwave oven is a bit pointless without having trays, bowls etc in which to put food in to cook in the microwave?
The Villa grounds are beautifully laid out and maintained and the pool area is attractive, the pool being heated is a bonus. The cleaning and maintenance staff always had an 'hola' and a smile for everyone and did their jobs well.

Thank you very much to all at the Villa Florida. You made our holiday.

(Ryanair were excellent as well, especially with the updates on our homeward flights.)

Absolutely lovely stay here, lovely reception and lovely cleaning staff, every two days, cant say the place isnt clean. Lots of sunbeds to choose from and the odd snooty nosed old codger tutting at the kids having a good time! Looked like gods waiting room when we arrived but as the week went on more younger people and families arrived. Would definitely come back already looking for October😊

Just back from our first family holiday as 3. From our warm welcome and to our clean and well equipped room it was great.
Even though it was busy, it was very quiet. Pool was heated and great temperature for our wee one who loved his little swim in the afternoon.
Great location for getting about and felt very secure as only residents can gain entry to the grounds with a key.
Lovely touch with a bottle of wine and chocolate on our arrival and a bottle of cava and a card on my wife’s birthday.
Recommend you take a walk around the lovely gardens and go visit the four terrapins.
Great holiday and will be back.

It’s on a fixed mount in the bathroom which gives a challenge if you want to dry your hair and others want to have a shower at the same time ! I’d recommend taking your own for the flexibility....

Sorry unable to help. Perhaps call and ask them. We were self catering and had a lovely apartment with kitchen area. Perhaps the room only apartments have no kitchen area/facilities, not sure.
