Me and 4 friends spent a week in Ibiza for my 30th birthday and I cannot fault this hotel at all! the staff were all very polite, friendly and helpful. rooms were very clean. On the first night we returned to the hotel and my friends couldn't get into their room as the lock had broke, the lady on reception was alone but spent an hour trying to find a way into the room, when this wasn't possible she quickly sorted them another room for the night and first thing in the morning the lock was replaced and they were able to return to their original room.

I would stay here again as I had a very pleasant experience.

Thank you!

Traveled to Ibiza for the first time as a group of 3 girls, we were there for the party scene but were not looking for a rowdy hotel as we are not crazy. we were a bit worried with the reviews but this hotel was great.

It was clean everywhere, rooms were lovely and modern and a good size too. The hotel has lots of different types of guests from those who are there for clubbing to older families and couples and nobody really got in anybody elses way. The bar is out at the pool and does the same hours as the pool, the also do pizza and paninis which is good for the afternoon.

The area is great and has a few shops, bars and restaurants close by (Liberty's American diner is great and so is Urban lounge. The prices are not too bad at about £5 for breakfast, £15 for a cocktail and a main at dinner time. To get over to the west end we took a taxi (rank outside hotel) or a water taxi (stops literally a minutes walk away and is 3 euro each). There is a beach close by too but we just lay by the pool.

Never really had noise issues or issues with other guests, one group of boys played some loud music but was only until about 10pm and in their room so no issue there.

Dani the barman was great. There was an older lady who did nights who was lovely and kept our room key for us so that we didn't lose it when we were out.

I would definitely come back here!

Visited Ibiza for the first time and had the best week of my life! I read negative reviews on this hotel & I was a little weary however I can honestly say people have nothing to worry about.

The hotel, including the rooms are modern, light & airy. The place is clean throughout and the pool are is great. Shoutout to Dani, top barman! He works all day serving drinks and is a total legend amongst the guests! The pool opens at 11 & closes at 7, staff stick to those hours and will be outside at 7pm ushering everyone out of the pool.

I did have a slight issue with one particular member of staff, she normally works downstairs however on this specific morning she was cleaning the rooms. Signs are present around the hotel stipulating that rooms are cleaned every two days, which is fine. On day 3 of our holiday the room had not been touched & we had pizza boxes etc. I could see the cleaners were busy so I went outside, with our rubbish and asked if I could pop it in a bin somewhere. This lady shouted ‘WHERE? WE ARE VERY BUSY’ Immediately, her colleague came out of the room and apologised but even then I could hear the blonde lady saying ‘no sorry’ and continuing to rant at her colleague in Spanish. Her attitude needs addressing, it was not my fault that they were busy, if she let me finish I was going to get rid of the rubbish & tell them not to bother cleaning the room.

Apart from that, the hotel was perfect! I would have no hesitation in staying again.

Until next time Ibiza 🙌🏼

I came here with my friends to enjoy our holiday! However some staff within the hotel made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcomed by the rudeness of their service. Lovely location as not far from places however there are a few disadvantages of staying at this hotel-
1.at arrival we bought a safe in our room to keep things in however we had been given a key to the safe in which any other person or staff member could have access to as it was not code.
2. Air conditioning in the room was good for 2 days but since has not been working. Someone came to check it out and said it was okay although it still wasn't working.
3. On arrival our room wasn't the cleanest as it had stains on the toilet seat!, marks (looked like vomit) on the walls, floor was stinking so we had to keep our shoes on and I had false nails in my bed (so obviously cleaners hadn't changed sheets). At desk it stated that rooms were cleaned every 2 days. This was not the case our rooms were firstly cleaned on our 5th day of the holiday. We had to ask the reception several times for more bedding, towels and toilet paper as we didn't have any. Also there was no cups/glasses or santitory bins available in the room.
3. Staff are not professional and are very rude. I would always say good morning or hello to staff members however they would ignore me or not smile at all!. When going to rooms I had a little laugh that wasn't that loud however I had a row off one staff member for being really loud and to be quiet in which I did and apologised for laughing and reassured him I'll be quiet. With that he followed us into the elevator and stopped it from going up and said be quiet again although we didn't make any sounds (as a group of girls this was quite intimidating). The bar guy dani was very good and couldn't do enough for us - lovely guy!
4.food and drink not much option and can be expensive! Pool is very nice and is a relaxing area however there are signs indicating that the pool closes at 7pm and staff members come along at around 6:30-6:50 saying to get out of the pool as its closed. Pool also doesn't open until 11am in the morning.

Ibiza is a lovely place but definitely won't be staying in this hotel again!.

Visited here this week with five other friends and the stay would have been enjoyable had most of the staff not been so RUDE. It started with the air conditioning not working, no toilet roll in our bathrooms or enough towels. When someone came to fix the air con we told him that it was still blowing room-temperature air (bear in mind that we were living in 31 degree heat) and he told us it wouldn’t work with the balcony door open? Urm? Also, when we paid for use of the safe in the room, we were given a key that any other staff member in the hotel could have a copy of, the safes weren’t coded. Then coming back to the hotel one night at 1AM, my friend laughed at a video we were looking at IN RECEPTION...NOWHERE NEAR ANYONES ROOMS and a middle aged man who works here confronted us and rudely (we had said hello to him as we entered and barely had even a smile back) told us to keep it down and stopped our elevator from going up when we said we would be quiet by putting his foot in it? There were no rooms on the ground floor and we had already told him that we would keep it down even though all my friend did was laugh loudly? He didn’t take that for an answer and asked us what room number we were in and when I told him, he chose to not believe us and asked to see our key. He then sarcastically said ‘enjoy your stay’ and looked at us like we were dirt underneath his show. We had never been spoken to so rudely in our lives, as we’re generally a polite and respectful group. It was as though we were naughty 13 year old school kids. My friend’s toilet in their room was absolutely filthy with dirty wet marks on the floor, we said we needed our room cleaned and one of the receptionists told us that we needed to put a ‘please clean our room’ sign on the door, even though we were told at the start of our stay CLEANERS WOULD COME AROUND EVERY TWO DAYS. When the cleaners did eventually come around the didn’t leave us any clean sheets or towels, the second time however they did. The only staff members that were actually polite and pleasant was the bar staff Dani and the woman lifeguard. So appalled by the awful customer service skills the staff at this hotel have. We will definitely not be returning.

Hi mishyblac..., We are working so hard that we even forgot about our Tripadvisor profile. The pictures you have seen in Thomas Cook are from our show room and we hope to meet your expectations in summer 2017. Kind regards,

Hi there we went in July and this place was lovely for us it's an adult only hotel and most of the time there was only max of 4/5 people in pool . Rooms have been renovated and are not extremely modern but are a very good size and very comfortable I loved it here and would definitely go back and recommend it and it there are lots of nice restaurants around to if you go out of the apartment go to main road and turn left (looks like not much up there) but a very great steak restaurant . Very jealous you are going it was one of my best holidays . Also if you have a late flight they will store your bags and there's 2 or 3 shower rooms you can use one with a plug for hair dryer lol . Great place enjoy
