Please believe all the glowing reviews! There is not a single thing I didn't love about my stay. They should redo the photos on their website as it does the property no justice. Upon arrival at the airport I was greeted by a hotel rep who enquired about my flight and whisked me away to a waiting vehicle. The ride from the airport to the hotel was short (less than 15 mins). I arrived at night and was promptly checked in and escorted to my room. I literally squealed in delight when I opened my door. I was already happy but daylight was about to up the game.
Morning came and the VIEWS!!! The views!! Beautiful, unobstructed views of the ocean. There is even a view from the driveway. I hate mornings!! But I woke up every morning to watch the sunrise with a cup of tea.
The suites are spacious, beautifully designed with a beautiful private patio/balcony. The breakfast was delicious, plentiful and included in the rate. The location was close to FIRA. The hotel was gracious enough to provide transport to Fira. Fira has AMAZING shopping, views, tons of restaurants and bars.
The staff was beyond exceptional. I was scheduled to travel to the meeting point for a tour. I had asked for transportation to this meeting point. They called the tour company and requested that they pick me up from the hotel and called my room to announce when they arrived, without me even asking! Now that is attention to detail.
The hotel was a good basepoint for all the tours that I did.
Will definetly return. My stay was excellent!
We stayed here at the Margarita suites 5th -12th October 2019 and couldn’t fault anything.
The suites were spacious, light and airy and extremely comfy. The facilities were superb. We stayed in a Junior, sea view suite and it surpassed our expectations, we had our own hot tub on our terrace and used it every day.... surprisingly this was better for us than the normal communal pool that some hotels have. We were told that there are plans to have a pool to the front of the hotel next year along with spa facilities.
The breakfast was out of this world!! The choice was vast from all kinds of fruit juice, cold meats, cheeses, yoghurt, fresh and dried fruit, pastries and local produce as well as hot selections with eggs, sausages, breads etc. and of course teas and coffee..... being a bit of a coffee snob I can confirm that the coffee was excellent. We just couldn’t fault it!!
The staff at the Margarita Suites are the most professional, friendly and caring staff we have ever come across, nothing was an issue. By the time you leave you feel like they are members of your family. We just can’t say enough to show people how amazing this hidden gem is. It has 18 suites so you would never feel crowded. Even this little gem is near the airport you would never know at all.
We can’t wait to go back to stay and see the staff there!! Thank you Tony, Vaya and our very favourite Pedro!! 😊.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel.
Location: The hotel is located very close to the airport on the beach front. The village is called Monolitos. Some noise from airplanes but not too bad.
The hotel is new and absolutely beautiful . There were a few facilities yet to be added when we visited, ( restaurant, swimming pool) inspite of this we enjoyed ourselves. When this place is completely finished, it will be sold out everytime. Trust me.
I personally prefer to stay here and visit all the tourist sites. Other villages especially Oia can be overcrowded! The hotel arranged pick up and drop off for all our tours
The Rooms: The rooms are so spacious . We booked a junior suite with sea view. Wow!wow! Thats for the views from outside. The inside has a living area , a small kitchenette with fridge (no cooking facilities, only to wash fruits, serve take away etc) and bedroom. The decor is tastefully done. We got a welcome bowl of fruits and some chocolates.
The rooms have plung pools . We used it once. Honeymooners will find this particularly romantic!
Food: The restaurant was not ready when we visited but breakfast is served at the dining area. It has a great variety, its fresh and delicious. The hotel gladly arranges dinner outside the premises. We were picked up and dropped back when we ate at Mario's ( A fantastic sea front restaurant)
Service: The service is 7stars. All the staff made us feel welcome and were ready to provide anything to make our stay even more comfortable. Vaya, Mr Antoniose and the entire team treated us like family.
There is prompt and free hotel pick up and drop off.
We even received parting gifts of delicious roasted pistachios and wine. Oh, those nuts were really good.
What more can i say.....than to recommend this place for your visit to Santorini.
And the price?...🙊🙊 its a steal !
This is a new hotel, but already everything is running so smoothly, it is difficult to believe that it opened only a few months ago.
The whole property, including the spacious rooms, are finished to a very high standard, and the breakfast buffet is excellent.
Each room has its own outside hot-tub on its private veranda or balcony, which was very welcoming both when having a relaxing day at the hotel or after a busy day sight-seeing.
We had a sneak preview of the new spa and sauna area, which is just awaiting a license before becoming operational. We also understand that there are plans to build a swimming pool and bar, and to add a full restaurant offering, in the near future, all of which we look forward to using on our next visit.
The hotel is situated very near the airport, but don’t let that put you off. The airport is not busy and although there is inevitably some noise when aircraft are taking off or landing (you only experience one or the other on any given day depending on the wind direction) this is not obtrusive and once inside, the double glazing gives very efficient noise insulation.
The hotel is located around 10 to 15 minutes away from Fira by car or taxi which means that you can enjoy all that the town has to offer whilst at the same time being able to return to a relaxing haven when you have had enough of the bustle of the restaurants, bars, shops and cruise ship passengers.
The beach is a 15 to 20 minute walk away and is one of the more accessible on the island with no rocks underfoot in the sea and a shallow incline. The beach area is also home to a number of local restaurants and tavernas and the whole area well worth a visit (we ate there most evenings in fact).
Then last but not least, the atmosphere created by the staff is just so welcoming. Nothing is too much trouble and we found that their local knowledge was invaluable both for suggested tours and restaurant recommendations etc.
It’s fair to say that having been to the Marvarit Suites, we are unlikely to stay anywhere else when holidaying on Santorini.
We stayed 3 nights. The room was very clean with a relaxing environment and a private mini jacuzzi. The stuff was kind and smiley all the time. Good value for money. It needs to improve its breakfast and to put an elevator for the underground floor. Recommend!
