Travelled to this wonderful hotel in June 2019. I would like to thank the staff for making our stay exceptional. We were delighted by the room and the facilties in the hotel. The swimming Pools were exceptionally clean and beauiful.
The help extended to us by the staff in reaching the train station when we could not catch the bus because of it being a holiday was outstanding and we are all very thankful for that. We Will remember that timely help for a long time.

We a group of 4 girls had a great time staying here last year. We were so amazed at how big the room was and loved the complete set of laundry facilities. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean and big. Too bad we weren't much into skiing as the hotel is a ski resort. We also didn't get to try the swimming pool but anyway, it was a lovely stay.

We spent one night here on our way to other places in Austria. The room was comfortable and very clean. The staff was helpful. The food was average. They have a large swimming pool, but the water was pretty cold.

This hotel is very large, it can handle a lot of people and is In the process of building and expanding which is a bad thing because they really can't handle the number of guests they have at the moment.

First the good points: the rooms are large and clean. The beds are reasonably comfortable and the place is quiet. The bathroom is also large and clean. The packed lunches are adequate, not much variety in drinks but ok. The desk staff are helpful.

The bad points: the food is really not very good. It is a buffet for breakfast and also for dinner. The food is very much cafeteria quality and the dining room crowded and noisy. And why bother having a bar if you can't serve anyone? We showed up at 8 pm and it would be a half hour wait for a beer. Really? And happy hour, nope, not happening, even though there was a sign up in the elevator.

Steer clear of this place except to sleep. Eat elsewhere!

We have done it all! An experience that will give us a lot of great memories...
Nice room, great food, beautiful SPA, unbelievable surroundings, rafting, rodel, hiking, tennis, bathing, playing with animals and just relaxing.
A perfect place for the family and/or romance! Can´t wait until the conference place is finished (in a couple of weeks...)! Then I can bring my company!
