We had another lovely time at Revoli although the weather was not great. Hotel is spotless checking covid certs for negative PCR is great to see. It keeps everyone safe. We went to pool bar twice very quiet. One comment as the weather was cold would it be possible to provide blankets ? We only had sheets on our beds ? At night woke up really cold and was too late to contact reception we felt. Revoli is in perfect location and we look forward to coming back in better times!

Just back from another great stay at this hotel.

Rooms spotless as always. Plenty of space with beautiful views and sun on balcony all day. Great covid guidelines in place to make all feel safe.

Now to the best part - the staff :) staff at this hotel would do anything they could for you. Anthony and alexis at the bar and Mr Gomez doing the rounds to ensure all are enjoying themselves.

Lifeguard always around ensuring all in pool are safe.

Look forward to coming back in the not so distant future.

Very nice and extremely clean hotel. Good for people who like heated pool. I do not! But it is not far from the beach. The personnel is friendly and makes you easily feel like home. The wiew from the balcony is also fantastic especially from the upper floors. Under normal tourist seasons the traffic must disturb?

Beautiful apartments and all with pool views. Very spacious. For best sun the apartments to the left of reception couldn't be better. Pretty good location but on a bit of a hill. Because of covid the place was very quiet so no entertainment and the bar shut early also the onsite supermarket was shut, but on the up side so peaceful and a choice of any lounger by the pool. Another plus, no charge for the room safe, just a returnable deposit. Also 3 happy hours per day with 2 for the price of one drinks! Staff very attentive to covid rules, hand sanitizers throughout the complex and loungers sprayed after each use, all staff wore masks at all times, felt very safe. All in all had a brilliant holiday and look forward to staying here again.

Hotel Revoli, Puerto Rico, Gran Canaria

We visited this hotel during Covid-19 'lockdown' so special restrictions were applied.
Only approx 50% of rooms occupied.

Rooms:
Spaceous, clean(ish) with plenty of storage (at least for two adults).
Basic equipment in "kitchen" including toaster and microwave owen and a small fridge.
Beds were OK but somewhat hard (for my back at least).
Air-conditioner well working and pretty normal noice (acceptable) level.

Bathroom:
Clean with good amount of storage.
Decent shower but water pressure sometimes non-existant...

Pool area:
Due to the small amount of guests it was really spaceous and easy to get a good sunbed.
As soon as someone left, staff was there and 'sanitized' sunbed and parasol (Covid-19).

Breakfast:
Table serving only (Covid-19).
Coffee, juice, bread, yoghurt, eggs, bacon, ...
Various and covering most peoples needs.

Overall:
Hotel is a good choice but keep in mind that roads are quite steep so stroller/wheelchair/... can make it really hard to take a walk around surroundings.
Taxi is quite cheap so it a good option to get around in Puerto Rico area.

But it is just some cats who people from outside/guest feed them (people has to stop with this), rooms are far away them (no trouble inside rooms, guest corridors, balconies...). Dear Gem, In addition to the difference in the price of the chosen room (room with terrace is the cheapest), it should be remembered that they do not have exterior views, they have a patio attached to the room. While the Pool view can be from the 1st to 5th floor (certain availability) and obviously it has a view and more hours of sun. Dear gsr15, We do have different type of room views. If you come with TUI UK or TUI NORDIC Make sure you choose the one you like more to stay, we do have Pool view, limited sea view, sea view, terrace room no view, balcony room, road view... The views you have depend basically on the type of room you choose when booking. If you would like to change your view type later, you must do it through TUI, the hotel cannot make changes to the reservations through the Tour operator. Once you make the booking, if you want send us a mail with your reference number and your questions. Mail: revoli@nordotel. com If you book with our website (nordotel. com) we do have rooms but the assigned room will depend on the available room, we do not discriminate in views through the web.
