We had booked a villa at the Lotus farms during Diwali. The villa was huge with 3 bedrooms and it was well maintained. They provide an a-la-carte menu and food here is awesome. You can either have the food in the dining area or in your villa. They also have arrangement for bonfire near the villa. Climate here is peaceful and refreshing. Mapro gardens is just 10 mins walking distance from here, where you can have wonderful breakfast.

I visited Mahabaleshwar last week and stayed in this resort for two nights. This is a excellent place if you wish to enjoy peace and relax in clean air covered with greenery. Resort have very limited cottages and have left ample place for Gardens and open dining. You can enjoy nature views from your room balcony and also visit one exclusive point which they called 'Lotus Point". Food is also good and staff is polite and cooperative. If going to Mahabaleshwar then it is a good choice to stay here. Only issue I felt is that there are no recreational facilities or games available. Other wise it is a best place with beautiful cottages and all other facilities in lap of nature.
