This hotel is very basic but perfect for a group holiday. I went in august which was busy season and was perfect for us as there was 9 of us. The hotel is based behind a bar which is on the main strip. It gets very loud late at night but the bar staff are good to you if you have a few drinks there before you go out. Everyhing else about the hotel is pretty standard as you would expect, the rooms are basic, pool is small and not much area to chill in the day. Only bad thing I would say is the food/drinks from the bar in the day are expensive.

The staff at Vegelis Apartments are very friendly, down to earth and are helpful! Drinks are quite cheap at Lush Bar too but they let you Pre-drink downstairs with your own drink before heading out!

The rooms at Vegelis Apartments are quite simple but are nice, you get what you pay for I guess! There's a cleaner that comes clean your room everyday!

The pool is clean, but a bit small! There's a good and drink bar there too which is cheap but the food is okay! The only bad thing about this hotel is the pool shuts at 7! There's no pool party's or late night swimming, which I can understand due to drunken idiots!!!

There's at 18-30 club Rep Lianne, she's a really nice girl, very friendly she came too see us on our first proper day as we got there at like 3am Tuesday! So she explained all the events we picked the ones we wanted to go to and paid! She also gave us a few tips on the hotel aswell! Made me feel very welcomed and on nights out from what I remember she's a right laugh! She got me to do the twerking compition at the beach party which was amazing one of the best events I went to while on holiday! And the boat party!! She definitely knows how to have fun. If you have Lianne as your Rep grantee you'd be having the best Holiday ever!! I rate her so high🙋🏽 she's a lovely Rep! Thank you for all your help and advise Lianne! Also making my holiday one to remember 😁🍾🎉

The hotel it self did the job for a 'lads' holiday , apart from it was extremely hot all of the time , had an OK sized pool which was good to relax by during the day , with a good cheap bar selling ok food and drinks. The hotel were relaxed on pre drinking etc , and we didn't have a problem with our room , and it was cleaned daily ! We had a Thomas cook rep called lianne , who I'd like to thank, one for making the holiday class ! And for being useful and helpful whenever we needed something ! I would definitely recommend the hotel and lianne as a rep as she was brilliant .

Visited Vagelis in August 2016 in a group of six lads for a week.

On arrival we were greeted by Lianne (the rep), who was extremely pushy. Literally 5 minutes in to us arriving she tried selling us a package and wouldn't take no for an answer after we repeatedly said we didn't want to buy the 260 euro wristband - not worth it, as the events didn't look all that and clubs were 5 euros at max to enter, however this is no fault of the hotel.

In terms of positives of the accommodation, the location was spot on - bars and clubs to the left and restaurants on the right. It was pretty much a two minute walk when coming in from a night out. Another positive is the fact that they let you host your own Pre-Drinks at the pool area before a night out. The apartments also had a pool bar which had food (which wasn't the best) and drink at a reasonable price throughout the day. Table tennis was provided which was free to play which was another good point of Vagelis, along with the music which was playing during the time the pool area was open.

On to the negatives, the general cleanliness of the place wasn't the best. The pool wasn't very clean and our bed sheets and towels didn't get changed once throughout our stay. The bathroom didn't have a shower curtain either in which made the bathroom absolutely soaking when anyone had a shower. Our wardrobes in the room didn't have any handles and the handle of the door of the actual room was essentially hanging off and despite telling the owner multiple times no action was taken. I also don't think it's right that if you wanted to have air con you had to pay around 80 euros .

The owners and staff on a whole were pleasant and laid back however should take quicker action when notified of problems with rooms.

I would definitely recommend The Bull restaurant which is a minute walk from Vagelis, went there twice and had a nice meal both times. Also if you're after a sports bar whilst you're there, The Loft is the place to go.

Overall had a great holiday and met some top people, however I wouldn't be rushing to come back here.
