The lobby and rooms are clean and fairly up-to-date. The food is mediocre. Staff was very helpful and welcoming. They have a few work rooms if you need a workstation/computer/printer. Great place to stay for business. Coffee was better than most hotels in this category.

However, the pool/hot tub looked frightening. First, it is surrounded by windows that face the parking lot - so no privacy. The lighting is VERY bright and the whole area looks like something out of a horror movie - very institutional.

Nice location to shopping and food nearby. Easy access to I-40. Rooms have double windows on the interstate side, so nice and quiet. Two malls and movies just around the corner. Cool slide at their small indoor pool, but very cold water. Nice hot tub and workout room.

This hotel is close to the mall and other shops. There is a water slide in the pool and the kids loved that. We got placed in a handicapped room and it was very spacious, only annoying thing was the toilet seat. It would not stay open on its own, had to get ready to use bathroom and sit on seat really fast so it wouldn't close and while using restroom the lid rested on my back😕. Other than that it was ok. Breakfast was good, it's not free (only for Gold and Diamond members) and even though it was good I would not pay $11.95 for it. But the waitress was awesome!!

Everything was great. Pool is wonderful. Suite was really nice, unfortunately the AC was not working, but the staff did everything to accommodate us. We would definitely stay here again, as this is our 3rd time staying at this location. Wish they had at least a light breakfast, but the location to restaurants is very good. Easy access from
I-40 is amazing.
