As soon as we arrived at camp, we were greeted by towels and a welcome drink. Roger, the Tarangire Camp Manager, was very welcoming and checked us in.

The food was delicious and safe to eat (we ate the salads and fruits without hesitation). All of the staff were warm, welcoming, and friendly (we especially loved Edward's energy - he escorted us to our room, showed us around our room, and gave us the wifi password). The tents and our room were immaculately clean, well-maintained and spacious.

The views of the national park are beautiful from the camp, and we could hear zebras being hunted by a lion in the middle of the night (amazing!!!). We would highly recommend staying here!

As part of a 10 days safari in Tanzania, organized y Gosheni Safari we visited Tarangire, Serengeti Central and Serengeti North and Ngorongoro Park

In Tarangire we stayed at the Acacia Tarangire Luxury Camp

The tented camp was in scenic locations overlooking a great view of the park giving us the "Africa Experience". The service was impeccable, the rooms well appointed with comfortable beds, separate shower, bathtub and toilet. Every night just before dinner, the room was set up for the night (windows closed, bed prepared, …) And finally the food was plentiful and excellent, considering the remote location, with soup, meats, veggies, fruits and dessert, all locally prepared.

The staff was fantastic !! Very attentive to our needs, friendly and always ready to engage in a conversation. Because the tented camp are in the middle of wild animal territory, all personnel was very safety conscious and always ready and prompt in escorting us to our tent after dark (the sun goes down at around 6:30pm)

The last night at this camp the staff surprised us with a candlelight dinner "under the stars" (outside the regular dining room) just for the two of us !! Very Romantic !! And after the dinner was over ... they presented us with a delicious cake and the all sang tribal songs in Swahili language. What a serenade !! What a night to remember !! THANK YOU !!

Lastly, a very nice touch and differentiation with Gosheni Safari AND Acacia Luxury Camp is lunch time (during the safari game drive). While all other safari tour operators for lunch offer to their guests a "lunch box" (literally a box with inside a sandwich, an apple, a snack and bobble water), with Gosheni Safari you have a sit down lunch on comfortable chairs and a table with tablecloth, dishes, silverware, drinks and vine and REAL GOOD food (soup, meat, vegetables, fresh fruit) prepared by the Acacia Luxury Camp team and served from metal containers to keep food warm or cold depending on the food. This sit down lunch with good food under a tree in the middle of the savanna MAKES a real difference in the safari experience. Excellent touch !!!

We are glad we selected Acacia Luxury Camp for our safari and we highly recommend them.

We were sadly only here for one night and were blown away by the beauty of this camp and the accommodations. Our tent was beautiful and comfortable and definitely luxurious. They staff gave us a warm welcome for our honeymoon with a nice message in our rooms which was very kind as well. The dining room was so nice and food was excellent. The staff was kind, welcoming and accommodating. We loved our night here and would highly recommend staying at this lovely place in the middle of the national park.

+1
I stayed one night at Acacia Tarangire Luxury Camp in Tarangire National Park during Chinese Spring Festival this. All the staff were waiting to greet us warmly when we arrived at the camp. The attendants handed clean wet towels and juice, carried all the luggages, guided us to the reception tent. The manager Richard made a careful introduction of various services in the camp. My tent is very spacious, the bed made of wooden is very large. the bedding is very clean and comfortable. There is a pure wooden partition between the bathroom and the bedroom. Besides the shower, there is a big bathtub. It feels too luxurious. In the quiet night, we can hear the hyena barking nearby. Please remember to look the bright stars inthesky. The restaurant tent is decorated with Chinese New Year's blessing words which makes us feel both unexpected and cordial, like returning to our own home. Dinner and breakfast are delicious, soup, salad, porridge, fruit, dessert, fried eggs, the main course is steak and roast fish. When we left the camp, all staff greeted us with songs and dances, which made us deeply feel their enthusiasm and sincerity. I like here and hope to have a chance to come back again - The home in the wilderness.
