No services available including room service unless you ask for it. Only 1 chair at the table in the room. As we ate in, one of us had to eat on the bed due to only one chair inside the room at a table. No vending available at the hotel. As this is a questionable side of Philly, one really should not wander outside the room at night to get a snack or whatever! For an upscale hotel, it was a very strange place to stay. They did not automatically offer new towels or shampoo, soap, etc past the first day. Hyatt's name should be removed from this hotel as it is an embarrassment to their name!

Thanks for your feedback. We wish these concerns were brought to our attention as to rectify immediately. We apologize you felt unsafe, as we are located in Philadelphia's Center City with 24 security. Our dining options are limited while we are in a pandemic, but we hope to have more options in the near future!
