Went mid week in June 2020. Lobby is dark, but clean. Room was large and very clean. Super cold when we arrived there, which was nice.
Man checking us in was super nice. Breakfast sucked. Bagels had to be a week old.
I was approached by a strange dude in the parking lot the morning I was going to leave, who was asking me for a cigarette and telling me smoking is no good and there was a sketchy woman standing not far from me watching/waiting for him. This strange dude walked into the hotel, so I am assuming he is staying/living there.
After putting things in the car and be harrassed by this possible mental health guy, I went inside to get a coffee and tea and as I was making the coffee, a heavyset woman in orange work? vest, came over and stood right next to me, (no mask on her), and started to make coffee for herself. I stepped aside, she gave me a look, started asking about breakfast, saw a worker pass by and said "Joe, I need my breakfast"to which the guy (Joe?) went and got it for her and she left the hotel.
After seeing what looked like three homeless people, I believe they are staying there.
I informed the two men behind the check in/out counter and neither one of them said a single word to me, but did go looking for the weirdo who had gotten in. I'll stick with Residence Inn a couple of doors over.
We arrived ~11PM the night before an early flight. Check in was fast & easy. Enjoyed the fruit infused water at the front desk after a long car ride there. Room was average, no complaints.
Our flight was at 7am, so I assumed our family of 5 would Uber to the airport since the shuttle doesn't start until 6 or 7 in the morning. The woman at the front desk was extremely accommodating and had the shuttle ready for us at 5:45am. She also helped us get our car all set to leave there for the week (for free) and arranged the shuttle upon our return. She was extremely helpful (I wish I could provide her name, however I don't recall what it was). Thanks for the great stay!
We had a comfortable stay. Our spacious suite had two TVs & an area with a couch where you could watch TV. The sink was in a separate area from the tub & toilet, & the room had a mini frig. The only negative was when we went down for Sun. breakfast at 9 am (it was served until 10 am), they were completely out of cooked oatmeal. As my husband enjoys this, I mentioned it to the kitchen worker there, who said the only thing they did not replenish on the complimentary breakfast buffet was the oatmeal. When it was gone, it was gone...
An older Fairfield but found the room clean and comfortable. Check in was efficient. The challenge I had was I was in the front close to the road, I was woken up several times over the night for truck and car noise. Good rate at 107 plus tax, but have to give a 3 for noise.
Perfect, absolutely perfect! Chris at the front desk was wonderful and helpful! The room was spacious, clean, the bed was comfortable as were the pillows, the linens were of nice quality. I slept great! Very quiet. I didn't go down for breakfast. Perfect!!
