Great stay. Great staff. No sevice concerns. Clean and comfortable room. Have stayed here several times and this experience was no different. Missed the pool but due to COVID it was closed understandably.
Front desk was almost never attended and I could never reach anyone. Completely understaffed for being open. The Covid brown bag breakfast was the worst offering, they shouldnt have offered anything or maybe a gift card to Dunkins or Starbucks. I as well as others found cockroaches in rooms and hallways. Friends moved twice each for smells and infestation. The pool and fitness center was completely closed with NO WARNING at time of booking. I tried to contact a manager or attendant to voice my concerns but chose to get out of there as soon as possible instead.
We were on a long drive and wanted to stop at a hotel with a hot tub and pool so we.could relax in the hot tub and.for.the teens and 1 younger kiddo to have a swim.
I called before booking to make sure both were in service as we would have to pay more for this hotel over others with no hot tub. It was confirmed both were in service and the hours.
Check in was easy. Staff member was polite but not necessarily friendly.
We brought our stuff our room, which was clean and where I requested.
We then walked to the pool. It was greenish grey.and very cold. The hot tub was a bit.cleaner but warm, not hut. What a total bummer.
Had we known we truly would have stayed elsewhere.
Breakfast was included and good.
We would only stay here again if the pool did not factor in and if the price was lower than the many neighboring hotels.
My son had a great time in the pool and he wants to come again as soon as possible. He even wants to stay this weekend. Even though we could not have a hot breakfast due to the C-virus we felt safe and very welcome. Thank you
This hotel is not clean. The carpets were dirty. The bedsheets didnot look clean. The curtains were worn out. The water in the pool was dirty. The staff were polite, warm and welcoming however the hotel was short staffed. Two staff members only on duty running between room allocation, cleaning, guest complaints and lots more.
