The bar service was unexcusably slow and the food quality was poor. It was not possible to walk to town or easily get other food options from this location.

I went up at the end of October for my Birthday, Everyone was extremely friendly, The room was clean and comfortable. The Lobby has a good welcoming relaxing feeling. Great location, 9 minutes from center of Burlington, very close to the college and other locations. Very easy to get in and out of the Hotel onto the main roads.

Room was dirty, furniture did not fit properly in the "deluxe" room. Bathroom had mold and dirty bathtub. The smell was AWFUL, had to brew coffee to keep from gagging and the smell stayed on my clothes after check out. Would have left but no options at 12:30 am. Very disappointed. Bed was fine.

The bed and pillows a were very comfortable. The room was Doubletree/Hilton standard. Bathroom had old fixtures, uneven temperature from shower with cracked tiles, and an easy to clog toilet. Room temperature easily adjusted but common areas were overheated. Long walks to restaurant and lobby from many rooms.

Thank you so much for the feedback on your stay. We are sorry it wasn't quite up to par. Our hotel will be undergoing a massive renovation starting in just a few weeks. This includes rebuilding all our guest bathrooms. Yes, the common areas have been a bit warm in the past week or so. We are installing new roof top HVAC units and the testing they have conducted worked very well! Now we are ready for Winter.

This hotel was 4 star priced and three star quality. Room was out of the way and nowhere near anything. Made getting our stuff into the room a bit of a pain. Bed was comfy and room was clean and familiar. Can't say about any of the amenities because I was so far from anything I had to drive my car to breakfast or the pool?

Questions & answers about the rooms

I just called the hotel and they DO allow pets and although there is one area they "try" to keep pet free, they cannot guarantee that no pet has been in the room for 3 months. So as much as I like this hotel, it appears that it is not the right hotel for you. I'm sorry it won't work because it's really a lovely hotel.

would like to reserve a pet friendly room with 2 beds. Please tell me what your pet charge is for one dog.

are pets allowed in the room alone in there create allowed?
