It is advertised free breakfast and pool. There was no breakfast at all. And the pool was closed according to the sign in the pool door. It is still advertising free breakfast even though they no longer offer it. The room smelled funny.. kinda musty.. but otherwise clean and comfortable, friendly staff.
We stayed at this location for 5 nights. We enjoyed the breakfast, the hot tub and the pool. The room was spacious and clean. Our only complaint was that the bathtub drain was slow, however, we did not report this until the day of departure. The front desk day staff and breakfast staff were very helpful and friendly. There were clean towels in the pool area.
Great place, staff, breakfast was good. We will stay again. Very clean and helpful staff and very friendly. Pool was really nice and area easy to get to and from the Interstate. Many good food places to eat I. Walking distance
My mom is in a wheelchair. I searched for an accessible room on some discount sites and finally contacted Hotels.com to find one available. Guy said this was a great hotel. listed as 2stars on TripAdvisor, not what I'd consider great. Bathroom was ok but sink should have been lower and door wider for accessibility. My brother stayed in another room, on the other side of the pool and it was very loud. Breakfast was decent. Staff was friendly. DirectTV remote was very difficult.. maybe it needed new batteries. No iron in the room, I had to ask for one. The staff called me earlier in the day to confirm our stay, but I had to call her back to confirm one room was accessible. Not very professional to not confer with the notes by the hotel.com guy. This room was very bare bones and the pillows were small squares (but could be folded out to regular size if you knew that.) Hotel needs to consult with ADA guidelines to make the room optimal for disabled guests. On a previous trip we stayed in an accessible room at the Best Western Red River Inn in Burkburnett about 10 miles away (because WF hotels were full for graduation) and that room was perfect! so, choose the Best Western Red River Inn if you have accessibility needs.
Cost is low, but so is quality. Elevator was out, which was not a deal breaker. At least hotel was clean and felt safe. However, the wifi did not work, the pool was closed Saturday night, air condition did not work, the breakfast was cold and the beds were like sleeping on concrete. At least the front desk was friendly. Not sure I would give them a second chance.
