We were impressed by the friendliness of all the staff we encountered at this hotel, from the front desk to housekeeping to dinner/breakfast. We arrived in time for the evening social which ended up being a perfect casual dinner option with a toddler. We also enjoyed breakfast the next morning and the use of the pool before we checked out as well. We were traveling for a quick family night away and it was perfect for our needs.
Horrible front desk staff, very condescending. Stayed at room 110, which was super noisy. There were a constant banging noise coming from utility room next door. There was not enough towels in the pool area.
Spent the kidday heat sesame place. The kids had plenty of room to run around without the neighbors complaining. Room was clean n comfy. Ordered from Tre fratelli, n it was delicious. Pool was clean n nice. The property has a pond with duck which kids loved.
Was so surprised and happy to get complimentary even social which we ended up just using as dinner! The indoor pool and the complimentary breakfast were also great and made for an excellent experience!
I want to start off by saying this stay was on mother's day. As soon as we walked in the room My toddler found plastic Easter eggs filled with candy in the corner of the room. Easter was weeks ago so how was this possible? I kicked my sandals off in the kitchen area and my feet stuck to the dirty floor. So gross!! All of the dishes in cupboards were dirty and the fridge smelled like a old foot. Go to bedroom area and the I could tell sheets were not changed. Then my husband said the bathroom will really make you think your in a third world hotel. Toilet, tub and floor dirty. A toilet paper roll with maybe 10 sqares. I called down to front desk got nowhere. Sent hubby and kids down to pool. Tried to open pull out couch only to find no linens. Call front desk again to get linens for pullout and clean sheets for us. Everyone came back from pool only to say pool was filthy. What was going on at this place. Cut to 11:30 at night. Bang on door a maid with linens for pullout. Nothing for us. We checked out the next morning complained and no manager was available supposedly. I placed a call to hilton honors 800 number to let them know of the horrible stay. Went home and the next morning was so sick. I went to doctor and was diagnosed with strep throat. I know it was that room. A few days later my son was covered head to toe in hives. No way This is not related. Avoid this hotel with all of your friends and family. Truly a pig sry!!!
P.s. Have not received a phone call from manager. Only a email that didnt mention my little boy and it said too bad you got a unrelated case of strep. That's a management team that does not care about their guests. HEARTLESS
