A very acceptable out-of-season budget stay in Bridlington!
Great location, quiet but with a good range of shops and eateries within close walking distance and a five minute stroll into town. Very friendly manager who hostessed her guests nicely. A small room which was toasty-warm in the evening and at night despite the cold January weather. Breakfast was provided including juice, cereal, toast with preserves and an English breakfast-style plate of cooked items with tea and coffee. This traditional English B&B style facility charged half the price of the larger chain hotels and provided excellent value for money. A traditional B&B will never hit the standard of a modern chain hotel and I wouldn't expect it to do so. Typical areas of difference include size of room, noise proofing and room servicing.

A warm welcome for me and my dog
Found this little gem online and booked me an my little dog in. We love the beach, and this is literally a stone throw away. On arrival we met Sarah, who immediately pointed out all the dog friendly places, and the nearest dog friendly beach (10 minute walk away), and hooked us up with a discount card for food and drinks. We only needed a single room, so Sarah hooked us up with a lovely little room close to the door so my little dog (who needs carrying on stairs) could go for toilet breaks easily.
While only small, our room was warm, comfy and had everything we needed to feel at home. I could’ve happily stayed longer.
Breakfasts are home cooked, and lovely however big, or small, your appetite.
I look forward to visiting again... and I will specifically be requesting room number 2.
Thank you to Sarah, and Ray, for making me and my little girl feel so welcome.

wonderful east coast riveria
Couldn't fault this hotel, and I have stayed there numerous times, and always with the same lovely greeting from Sarah and Ray. Even the dog got a fuss. Every room was ideal and the breakfast lasted me all day.
I will be returning again this year and years to come. It's a very friendly hotel, with amenties very close to hand.
Well worth a visit.
