Checked in on app then had to go stand in line at front desk anyway. Lady could not find my reservation. I explained I had already checked in on app then gave her my confirmation number. She then wants my identification and credit card. I hand them to her confused. She then sates your card is declined loudly. I open the app on my card because I knew this was not true. The charge was already posted to my card. She then disappears into the back for a few minutes then comes out and says everythings ok. She then proceeds to ask me several times what the purpose for my stay is. I explain im passing through and plan to relax and use the pool. I later discovered when I went to use the pool it was closed. I went to ask her for how long and she laughed and said a week. I was extremely disappointed as she knew this was one of the reasons for choosing this hotel.. Stayed in room 104 and the beds were like concrete. I asked the lady about it and she stated I've slept in several of these rooms and the beds were fine. Girl on Saturday morning was great. She needs to train girl who worked Friday evening.
