Had to use a conference room. Jackson and Amanda could not have been more accommodating. They checked-in to see if I needed anything and they let me fill my own coffee cup! Room was clean with lots of fluffy towels and in spite of the many children staying at the hotel, my room was fairly quiet.
Best hotel coffee I've ever had in the States!
Found out Jackson was actually in training. I was impressed with his natural customer service.

I ve been staying at Homewood suites while my home is being renovated. The staff is super friendly and caring. The rooms are very comfortable and well maintained. Because of there location there is a large assortment of restaurants within walking distance and a movie theater next door.

went with my parents to kalispell montana for a medical appt for my father....never been to the area so picked a hotel based on reviews and pictures.
Homewood Suites is hands down the best hotel in the area. Clean & following covid protocols. Great amenities...pool, fitness center, buffet breakfast. Due to medical reason for our stay they were extremely flexible with their cancelation policy. we were able to check out when needed without encruing additional night charges.
Front Desk Staff Amanda was exceptional. She went above and beyond to ensure both of my parents felt very taken care of...very patient and accommodating to my mother who was quite nervous about staying in a hotel with my 90yr old father during a pandemic.
Could not have asked for a better experience.

First of all, since when do hotels call to see if there is something they can do to make your upcoming stay the best it can be? This is not something I have ever experienced before and I was very impressed with their level of hospitality.
Second, from the moment we arrived until we left, the customer service, friendliness, and genuine caring of the staff was exceptional. Excellent service and the room was fabulous and had everything we needed. A great place to stay with your family, including pets, as well as, an excellent choice for any business traveler or a group possibly wanting a block of rooms for a wedding or conference, etc.
Lastly, the cleanliness of the hotel and the protocols in place to make sure everyone feels safe is world class. I have never stayed in a cleaner hotel. It was spotless from top to bottom and corner to corner.
My only complaint is our stay was too short! My children absolutely loved it and thanked me for choosing the Homewood Suites by Hilton for our stay in Kalispell. They requested this be our hotel of choice from now on when visiting Kalispell. I concur! Absolutely the best!

Well located in Kalispell, close to a variety of restaurants, friendly staff who explained everything needed. Hot self serve Breakfast was okay but way too salty for me. Room was clean and comfortable

We had just one huge bedroom but I know that they do have two bedrooms. They also have ajoining rooms with a door connecting the two.
