The hotel has a nice pool and hot tub. They serve continential breakfast and put out cookies and fresh fruit at night. The suite I had was big with a jacuzzi in room. The heat was cold when the blower came on.
Highly recommended! My wife and I stayed here for one weeknight in early Nov,. 2019. We are senior citizens and tourists. For $103 total, we got a suite with 2 queen beds, but with extra space and sofabed. It was the middle-cost choice of rooms, since there is a larger suite available, as well. Good prices! The room had all the amenities such as microwave and mini fridge and in-room coffee. The room was quiet, despite being near the interstate highway, and it was equipped with blackout curtains. Good sleeping here. The hotel lobby is attractive and large, and the breakfast eating area is spacious with nice decor. Breakfast food was better than average. The hotel seems well-staffed, with employees everywhere they are needed. In fact, when I was lounging in the hot tub at 9am, a man came in to test the water with his little science kit. He appeared to be doing his normal rounds, checking the pool and the spa. The pool/spa room is very nice, with big clear glass windows.... bright and airy. Many motel pools have strange, foggy, dark, plexiglass windows. Not this motel. We had dinner at the adjacent Texas Grill House restaurant, and we were happy there was a nice restaurant on-site, not requiring more driving. My wife and I were both very happy with this motel. Everything was perfect except that in the bathroom, the shower nozzle came apart when I tried to adjust the spray. But by then, I was so happy with the hotel that I didn't care. 5 stars for this fine motel!
We were very pleased with our stay here. Employees were very kind and friendly. Room was very nice and clean. Hot tub was great. Delicious breakfast! Look forward to staying here again. Conveniently located to a lot of good restaurants.
I have stayed in different Comfort Inns and this is by far the nicest one. The room was great, a beautiful view out the window of woods. The front desk staff was very friendly and professional.
The breakfast was ok, pretty standard eggs, cereal etc, but a handy thing.
I do think the rate ($174/night) was a bit steep but it is a great location right off the highway near Cracker Barrel, Denny's, Bob Evans, drug store, Lowe's etc. and only a few miles from Frostburg State University.
I would definitely recommend.
This is one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at. Very clean. Good size indoor pool with hot tub. The breakfast was great. We had a room with 2 queen beds and a full size sofa bed. I even liked the artwork and the toiletries provided. If I come to this area again, I will definitely stay here.
