Everything was perfect! We took advantage of the Foliage Fling for our anniversary celebration. There was wine, cheese, crackers, and summer sausage waiting for us upon arrival. The room, a studio, had everything that we needed. The staff was friendly and very helpful. (Even surprised us with an anniversary card!) It was convenient to walk wherever we needed or wanted to go. Certainly would go there again and highly recommend it!
Four of us, all in our 70s, friends for over 60 years rented the Cove house in mid-October. Great interactions with the reservations--we love Effie. We each wanted our own bedroom and a place where we could sit and chat in our PJs. This was perfect--and had a kitchen, refrig for our too much wine, and you could even get umbrellas in the office to borrow. It's close to town, Marginal Way, restaurants--we walked everywhere except to the playhouse and the super art museum. We totally enjoyed our stay--very comfortable, friendly and spacious.
This was our second year in a row staying at the Pink Blossoms Resort, we couldn't be happier with the very friendly staff at check-in and throughout our three-day stay. The room was comfy and quiet. this resort is located right in the middle of everything.
We purchased the "fall three-night special" which included dinner for two at your choice of three restaurants and a 50 dollar gift certificate to your choice of two available clam shacks?( you can't beat that!! we definitely will be going back next year. Great place for all ages.
We absolutely love the Pink Blossoms! We return each year in early October to celebrate our anniversary and have never been disappointed. Being within walking distance of the beach, Perkins Cove, and the Marginal Way is one thing that we really appreciate about this resort's location on Shore Road. We've stayed in both the studio and town house suites at different times and have enjoyed both options. The town house suites are especially nice, having a balcony, a full kitchen, and a living room. The suites are spotlessly clean, with plenty of towels, extra blankets, and extra pillows. This was our first time availing ourselves of the outdoor hot tub, which was wonderful. It was a bit too cool for us to brave the new outdoor pool but it looked beautiful. The staff is always pleasant, friendly, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
We stayed two nights at Pink Blossoms, mid-week Sept. 25 and 26, for our anniversary. Upon entering the room there was a bottle of wine, card and a swan made out of towels on the bed. It was a really considerate and tasteful touch. We had a small room (~120 sq. ft.) but it was fine for two nights. There was a small couch, coffee table, bar table in the kitchen, sink and refrigerator. There were some utensils and pans and things. We really didn't mind the small space. There was also a small balcony with a couple of chairs overlooking the grounds. We were congenially greeted at check in by two women who made our stay all the more pleasant. Everything was clean. There is a very nice outdoor pool and hot tub and you have access to an indoor pool at one of the local establishments. It's about a 2 minute walk to the marginal way path which is magnificent and the downtown area is not much further. You're very close to several dining options and about 15 minutes to the Kittery outlets. In short, were were very pleased with our stay and very satisfied with what we paid. It was a perfect, short get away.
