I booked the room for my friend honeymoon during 24/10/19 under the name of Abhishek Thakur . The service of the staff is excellent. The property is well maintained and had a pleasant stay. He spent 01 night there and enjoyed every minute.
We stayed at Airlink castle on our way back during Kerala trip to catch flight next day. From the big reception lobby, to room and all the service, we had excellent experience. I had an early check out and hotel guys was courteous to provide packed sandwich as breakfast.
Location is really good, hardly 10 minutes to airport.
Sit in the lobby for any amount of time and you will experience the hotel lose power. One night stay lost power 4 times while I was in lobby.
Hotel has a nice clean welcoming lobby and staff.
After going to bed at 10pm, I kept hearing a phone ringing unanswered. After about an hour I decided to investigate. The phone was from hotel laundry/ break room at end of the hall.
2 hours later I am woken by an employee dragging a metal frame hide a bed against the tile hall way floor.
1am comes along and I hear an 1980’s Ribbon printer screaming along from the 3rd floor laundry/ break room.
This break room has 2 set of doors that were prompt open, as to share these glorious sounds with all the guest.
The bathroom is dated and poorly lit. Our bathroom came without towels and no hot water.
I know this is India, but come on. Save your money and find a quiet spot to sleep on the floor at the airport.
We had a wonderful one night stay at this hotel, chosen for its proximity to the airport. Check in was smooth, and the room/suite was spacious, stocked with amenities, and comfortable. An extra bed was provided, which offered a good night's sleep. Reception staff was helpful and efficient. We called after midnight about the shower not heating up, and somebody was sent within minutes to rectify the problem - turned out the water just had to run a bit longer. The restaurant downstairs was convenient and served delicious meals, with large portions. Service was not great, as my meal was served first, without my roti; which was then served with my parents' two meals! After dinner, we were given a feedback card on which I mentioned this. The next morning at breakfast, our waiter from dinner explained that he had thought that my meal was a starter for the table. He was very knowledgeable about the menu, and was able to answer all our questions. Service was also very slow. The "paratha" dish on the breakfast buffet was empty, so we requested one. It took so long to arrive, that we had to leave without eating it, as we had a flight to catch. The breakfast buffet was also very limited. The hotel offered an airport transfer at 400INR. However, we got the lady at reception to call us a taxi that morning on check out, and it was about half the price, and arrived within a few minutes of calling.
