Just wanted to say that I was highly impressed with the service as well as the room. It was actually a male house keeper I think his name was Jamichael, he cleaned the room pretty good. Not to mention he was very friendly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Great service and great rooms. Not to mention the female front desk personel was friendly too

Well what can I say. Road motel - looks abandoned - friendly staff but the place just looks old and poorly managed. Rooms have a glass pane that just provides a window into the room. Fridge and microwave in room. Remote on tv was broken. Breakfast was meh - no sign on front entrance - seems they are either remodeling or overhauling - would not stay here again unless I have to.

This was the worst hotel experience of my life and probably the biggest waste of
money ever spent. After checking in to a lobby with all new furniture we went to our room that looked like it would be a roadside motel used for murder or prostitution. The yellow couch had black stains all over it, the window had finger prints everywhere and love flies on it and dead flies laying in the track. The toilet had 3 poop stains in the bowl and paint chips missing everywhere. The worst part by far was the smell.... that of wet dog and mold. They actually had air fresheners sticking out of the air conditioning unit. We immediately decided there was no way we would allow our one year old to touch all of the disgustingness in this room. We went back to the front desk to inform them we were leaving and tried to show her a picture of the air fresheners sticking out of the unit and she literally waived me off. No refund, no money back for staying there 5 minutes.

First of all I couldn't find it because there isnt sign and the building looks abandoned. Front desk couldnt find reservation because their expedia system was down and I couldn't check in, but to come back in half hour. After being in car for 6 hours this wasnt what I wanted to hear but we needed dinner so..after returning check in process was crazy, still couldnt find it, asked me how much I paid?! No directions to room, had to navigate dirty hallways that were being remodeled with luggage on a cart with flat wheels. Finally found pool area which was where our room overlooked. Found out no elevator ( not that we could find) so we carried bags to second floor. Room hadnt been cleaned...so make kids stay next to pile of bags while I make way to desk. Lady was very apologetic. Second room wasn't cleaned either!! As im panicking in hallway because now Im realizing the crap hole im standing in, im calling booking agent to demand a refund. Pool area was dirty, wood chips all over tables, cobwebs, broken and loose tile. They were proud of the neighboring restaurant's breakfast as they had taped flyers all over walls. (probably because theirs isnt edible) Talked to front desk as im leaving hotel saying that booking agent will be contacting them. They never could get a hold of them, booking agent was appalled. Never have i left a hotel for any reason. I didnt feel safe, very sketchy people in and around hotel. I feel like this place needs to be reported to someone but im not sure who....if anyone knows let me know ill call asap.

Reservation was screwed up so we were moved from the hotel next door to here..., when we finally made it to our room, the door was difficult to unlock (sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn't) the floor was dirty, the floor lamp was broken and leaning over, and we discovered late there was no shower curtain in the shower. I also had taken my daughter to the pool, which was half-dark due to the bad lighting, and the hot tub was barely luke warm. There was a very intense light just outside our door but the shades could not close all the way - and the light would turn off and on throughout the night...i know this because i was still hearing repair crews walking by well after 11pm - seems it was being remodeled while guests were there...The next morning found coffee with only powdered creamer and no sugar and the breakfast included dry cereal but no milk. When my wife told the woman at the front desk about all the issues, it was as if she couldn't care less. To top it off, the whole place is dated, dirty and a very weird set up....awful
