I'm not sure I've ever written a negative review on Trip Advisor but I have to. The lobby looked quite nice, but when we arrived at 11pm with a confirmed reservation, a rude staff member told us to wait because she was "assigning rooms to 3 people" Those 2 other sets of guests appeared to be also waiting in the lobby. Another guest then arrived. After 10 minutes, i overheard her telling the new guest that there was no room despite his confirmed reservation. The she walked away from the front desk for 10 minutes.

Another representative came out and began looking for a new hotel for guest 4 and sent them to a Country Inn and Suites. I asked for help and was told they were already finding me a room. I mentioned that i had yet to be asked my name and was told "we know who you are". 5 minutes later I was told I'd have a room at the Hampton Inn across the street and the room would be comped. 5 minutes later, I was told the hampton inn had no rooms. All other guests were walked elsewhere. 15 minutes later I was told that my new room would be 30 minutes away in Goshen. At this point there was no ability for me to make my own reservation as it was almost midnight. So, I asked if I was really confirmed at the new hotel because they had yet to take my name. He said he knew my name and when I asked what that was he said a name that wasn't remotely me. So, glad I asked or some other person would have been confirmed at the new hotel. The Four Points representative told each person that the reason they didn't have a room was because a guest had left their belongings in a room instead of checking out. (Which obviously is a problem that should have address long before midnight and clearly would not have impacted all 4 confirmed reservations.)

So, we drove the new hotel (which was lovely but completely in the opposite direction from where we had to be at 8am the next morning).

Anyway, lo and behold, I checked my amex statement and despite assurances, I WAS charged for my room at the Four Points. I called the hotel repeatedly and never got an answer. I called Marriott who said all they could do was email the hotel. Today I repeatedly re-dialed their number and still can't get an answer.

All and all, this was a disaster of a visit. I would never be able to recommend this hotel to anyone in good faith.

This was my first time staying in a Four Points by Sheraton and it was absolutely lovely. We were in town for the Notre Dame football game this weekend and the staff was extremely friendly and kind with their Notre Dame apparel. The entire hotel from the lobby to the guest rooms was impeccably maintained. The room had plenty of natural light and a great blue and gold color scheme that maintained the Notre Dame spirit. The beds were extremely comfortable and provided for an excellent night's sleep. The bathroom was also extremely large and spacious for a standard hotel room which was a nice surprise. Though we were only there one night, we wished we could have stayed longer. If we return to Notre Dame for another weekend we will be sure to stay in the future.

This brand new Sheraton is very aesthetically pleasing. It’s only 4 months old, so it still has the brand new smell. We got two rooms to spoil ourselves ( 2 adults and three small children) and thank god we did.
The bathroom, although spacious, is a one person room. The glass shower allows for no privacy so it’s one person at a time and no leaving the door unlocked! I wish they had a second sink outside the bathroom. There’s plenty of room for it.
There may not be enough closet space for more than one person if you needed to be here more than 3-4 days with suits and such.
Bummer was breakfast was not included AND the rate was higher than the surrounding hotels.

This hotel was very clean with modern decor. Our room was a large suite and the layout was perfect. We all slept very well and all our needs were met. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel for anyone passing through the area. Bar and restaurant are also available within the hotel but we were unable to try them out this stay.
