I visited my brother here. His carpet in the room showed many spills from previous occupancy. I did not remove my shoes. Definitely needs a good shampoo/cleaning . The room was adequate but the attention to details needs to be addressed
As a single female I was made very uncomfortable by the manager. There were holes in the ceiling of the shower and the whole place smelled of stale cigarettes, booze and weed. The room was dirty and I'm pretty sure the sheets had not been washed.
room was clean and the bed was ok. I didn't like the plug in room deodorizer the room had heavy scent I allergic to heavy scents I unplugged it put it on the dresser under the ice bucket. 😎 For an overnight it was ok
I can’t believe that we had to pay more than $100 for this piece of crap room. The beds are doubles, the toilet seat is broken, there’s dead bugs on the floor, the A.C. is barely working, the lobby smelled like cocaine, the carpets are coming up, the fridge is dented and rusted, there’s stains on the walls, there was a needle outside the stairwell door, and to top it all off they had the windows by the smoking area open so we had to walk through a cloud of cigarette smoke inside to get up to our room. I am absolutely astounded by the conditions in this hotel and how little the staff clearly care about the guests satisfaction. If you wanna run a cheap motel for drugs and prostitutes then by all means do that but charge accordingly and don’t try to pretend to be an actually decent establishment.
You get what you pay for.Friendly service. Accommodated us when we wanted to switch rooms. Our initial room still had wet carpets and smelled like dog. I didn't feel clean walking barefoot in the room. The 2nd room was better smell-wise, but had a brown smudge on the sheets. We were returning late from a wedding when we noticed, so had to remove the sheets. Next time I'd rather spend the extra money I saved booking here so I could get a cleaner room. Would like to feel relaxed and unwind at my hotel instead of feeling dirty :(
