Nice and quiet little scaled hotel 500 meters from de port and beach. It is true that the furniture and overall facilities are a bit worn out but it is clean and cosy. Pool is small but good enough for having fun with kids. Hotel guests in the off-season are mostly retired and or above 50, making this hotel very quiet. Breakfast is of good quality and enough variety to please everybody. The hotel entrance lies on a small hill so older folks could have difficulties getting up there. Walls are indeed thin so i am guessing that during the high-season this could be bothersome. Port de Soller is a nice little port with plenty of food options and bars. The beach is clean and the port is a nice place to walk. Beach-chairs and umbrellas are available to rent. Very quiet though so don't come here if you feel like partying or if you can't enjoy just reading a book and or watching netflix for the entire day. Staff is friendly and speaks several languages. Taxi from the airport is between 45 and 55 €. There's another hotel eden closer to the beach but a bit more expensive. We paid 357€ for 2 nights with breakfast in a 4 single bedroom making it a bit pricey. Overall very good!

We booked this hotel after losing our 1st choice due to the cancellation of BA due to
strike issues. This hotel we understood was150yds from beach, but in fact was 600 yds.
There are quite steep steps up to reception, nobody to help with our cases, luckily the taxi driver was helpful. Our "upgraded" room was shabby antiquated small square bath with a trickling shower. However plenty hot water, balcony over pool, with clothes dry rack.
Staff v friendly but v understaffed. Room fairly clean, stained toilet though.
Please note there is no snack bar and there is a steep hill up to hotel if you need to go to shop for food at lunchtime on hot day!
You can hear everything from next door and upstairs rooms,v thin walls!
Will definitely return to Soller but not this hotel.

After 7 days visit some positive and negative thoughts.
Positive things:
Very good location, quite near promenade. Beautiful views from our balconies to Serra de Tramuntana and to the port area. All in all a very clean hotel: rooms, puplic areas, pool area, dining room. Proper staff. Nice breakfast (although after a few days would like to have some kind of variability).
Negative things:
Overall impression was ok but nothing special -- but have to remember that this is 3-star hotel so i guess it´s ok as a 3-star hotel (we usually stay in B&B´s in our journeys because we think that b&b´s are many times much better than normal hotels)...Pool area is nice but the pool itself small. Biggest minus have to give to rooms, we think that they really need some renovation (e.g. bathroom; doors were in bad shape...). Keycard malfuctions with doors all the time (and cards were not near mobile phones or other personal cards). Combination of shower and bathtub is difficult (and a little risky) to use, should be only showers in bathrooms. The power of shower was also weak. Beds were a little bit too hard to us (maybe ok for 1-2 night stay but not for many nights). WiFi in rooms was below average.
But in the end -- Port De Sóller was so beautiful, pleasant and relaxing place that we would have been satisfied even if we had sleeped 7 nights in the streets :o)

Set back about 300 metres from the promenade, this hotel is in a fair location. It's a 3-star with a relatively small pool and some sunbeds, but not enough for the size of the hotel. The decor is tired and in need of updating. Basic breakfast, but adequate.

+1
Just spent six nights here in a superior room with both sea and mountain view which was extremely comfortable and great value for money, considering the size of the room and the balcony. Have no complaints at all - we stayed on a half board basis and overall there was a great variety at breakfast and dinner and food was of a good quality. Drinks were also reasonably priced. Would recommend this hotel and we would stay here again. We did not use the pool, though it looked peaceful, inviting and not overcrowded. Thanks for a lovely stay Hotel Eden Nord!
