Checked in late as visiting family but receptionist was lovely warm and welcoming and had a great sen e of humour too, would definitely stay here again when next visiting the family
Price of room quite high compared to others in area though but room was spotless
We stayed here the night before our daughter’s wedding and there were a few of us including the bride to be.
We arrived earlier because we wanted to drop some things off and the premier inn team were very accommodating and helpful.
We returned a few hours later to find the bride to be room decorated with banners, champagne, flowers and chocolates. The team also provided flowers and wine in the our room (mother of the bride) and the grandmother’s room.
It was lovely of the team to go above and beyond and they did all they could to make our stay perfect. Thank you to you all x
Love the beds in this hotel chain. Best sleeps ever and room lovely, cosy and dark. Close to where I needed to be. Easy check in and out. Only stayed for one night but really reccomend for longer stays.
We arrived after a nightmare journey on Friday 11th October to be welcomed warmly by Tracey. She was helpful, informative and nothing was too much trouble. I would stay there again just for the welcome from Tracey.
Room was clean and well presented but I personally would have liked it warmer on arrival
Stayed here with my son in a twin room, great value for money, room was very comfortable, as was the bed, and exceptionally clean. Check in was done via online as was the booking, so easy and time saving, as on arrival, just had to enter the car registration, and was handed the keys to the room. We upgraded the breakfast to include the dinner too at the adjoining Beefeater Restaurant, dinner was superb, service was speedy and efficient, very friendly staff. Breakfast to was excellent, order what you like for breakfast and help yourself to the buffet part, including doing your own toast. Only drawback was the poached eggs had a hard yolk, note to self, on next visit ask for a soft yolk..
