This Hotel is in the middle of a huge reno and will become a Best Western once they are done. The price we got through PriceLine was very good so we can put up with some inconveniences. The pool area has still not been done but except for the furniture it is ok. There is a lot of construction noise during the day. You have to go across the street to another hotel for the breakfast and boy is it busy with huge lineups. I think once they are done it will be a very nice place but the price will also reflect that.
We had a good stay at the Ramada. They were renovating so not everything was accessible but they accommodated with a neighbor hotel. The kids enjoyed the pool! Our bathroom didn’t seem to be completely done. I thought the counter was going to fall. The construction noise prevented kids naps but at least it was quiet at night! But a pretty good stay.
very poor property. very neglected. over priced for this poor quality hotel. pool area is never cleaned. tables and chairs ver very dirty. towels in room of poor quality. ants everywhere outside. would not recommend to anyone to stay here
So i booked a two queen bedroom with only 2 people adults listed(even though i was traveling with 4 people), so my room was changed to a 1 king room. After alittle back & forth i was giving an option to upgrade to a suite that would accommodate me & my family. Manager is extremely nice. The pool is cool along with the hot tub & the location is great just a 10 min drive from legoland, 3 mins to the pacific ocean. & plenty of restaurants around.. great value
The property is very dirty, not upgraded, substandard both outside and in. The most positive part of the experience was the lady at the front desk. She was nice and professional. But...the room had issues: wet carpet, no comforter on bed, super small room, no phone in room, very dirty, not updated. When asked for a quiet location, we were put in an area that did provide us with that throughout the night (once the pool closed).
