Our family of six enjoyed our recent 4 night stay at this property. It easily accommodated 6 people (in three bedrooms). We were impressed by the layout of the house and especially its cleanliness. The kitchen was well equiped as well. We barbequed fish and steaks one evening, and they provided us with charcoal, utensils, etc. We were worried about the a/c with summer heat, but it worked fine. They provided us with a stroller, a highchair and a crib for our 2 year old, which made our stay much more agreeable. What really made our stay special was the personal attention that Danai gave us, making herself available to all of our inquiries. We enjoyed touring Nafliou and the entire Argolid region and would recommend it to anybody with an interest in fascinating archaeological sites, beautiful beaches and wonderful food.
The house is located in a beautiful area, surrounded by sweet smelling orange groves, but within easy reach of Napflio and many of the cultural sites by car. It is very spacious, spotlessly clean and with ample provision of coffee, tea, cleaning materials etc. We particularly enjoyed using the juicer on the local oranges and having meals out on the shaded patio.
Danai, who runs the business with her family, could not have been more helpful and welcoming. We appreciated the gifts of home made jam, eggs and local wine, and enjoyed our conversations about life in Greece.
However, guests with mobility problems might find the absence of a handrail on the stairs and a very high double bed. The two upstairs bedrooms are built into the eaves of the house, which means that you can hear the birds on the roof from daybreak and dogs from the surrounding area barking well into the night.
ouble bed problematic.ing. We appreciated the gifts of home-made jam, eggs and wine from the locality, and our conversations about life in Greece.
This Villa, only minutes from Nafplio, is the perfect place to stay while in Greece. There's nothing not to like. It's set up well; comfortable, spacious and beautiful. My wife and I were particularly happy with the bedroom balcony for our morning coffee. The outside deck is large and roomy and the outdoor BBQ makes great fish and chicken!
A kitchen itself was a wonderful place to cook. There's a laundry, air conditioners in every room and very fast Internet - we couldn't ask for more. And with Nafplio so close - regarded as one of the prettiest cities in Greece - how could we go wrong? The village of Kofini is walking distance, too. Everything just worked out and that made our trip memorable.
For us, it's all about making memories, and Agrotospita Villas will be imbedded in our fondest memories for a very long time.
