We enjoyed a comfortable stay here at a reasonable price. The desk clerk was very helpful in booking a room and even helped us find discounts to fit our budget. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were pristine, almost brand new. Ask for a room that doesn’t face the parking lot if light bothers you. The electric window shade had one disadvantage – it’s not a blackout shade so some light filtered through from the parking lot and other outside lights. It wasn’t enough to bother my sleeping. We’ll stay there again.
I've stayed here a number of times when visiting Bentonville, it's my go to hotel. Always clean and well presented - the housekeeping staff are very considerate and always leave your room very clean and tidy. Offers a free breakfast which is overseen by a lovely lady who's very attentive and welcoming, she's a credit to the hotel.
My husband and I stayed here for two nights while visiting Bentonville and Crystal Bridges. The room was nice enough, but if these are really new mattresses as the sign in the room states, they should ask for a refund on the one in our room. My side of the bed had a visible dip in the center part of the mattress, which I sunk into each time I laid on the bed. They could also use more insulation as the sound of water from neighboring rooms is very loud. The breakfast area was sufficient, though the cinnamon rolls that were brought out one morning were cold on the inside. As others have mentioned, it can be challenging to get out of the parking lot if you need to turn left. The hotel is located on a very busy street. All in all, I would probably select someplace else in the area if I came back to Bentonville. You get charged a premium for the room since it is in Walmart territory.
The hotel is decent. Very clean and modern. (Almost too modern. Lots of glass, chrome and tile) I arrived with an IHG Rewards reservation, at about midnight. Had to bang on the front doors several times to get the desk clerk to unlock the hotel front door. He came out from the back, looking like he had been asleep, opened the door then returned to behind the counter. Didn't say a word to me. A young Asian looking guy with glasses (No name tag). I told him I was checking in and gave him my name. A few minutes with his eyes on his computer then he handed me a check in document and said "sign here". I signed and he handed me a room key. No hello, not the customary thanks for being an IHG Gold Elite member, and no thank you for my patronage. While unloading my vehicle, a family was banging on the front door with no response. I used my room key to unlock the door and let them in and watched as they stood at the counter for several minutes, until the sleepy clerk came from a back room to do his job. VERY unprofessional! When I was checking out early the next morning, he was still there and still never said a word to me. A lady who was obviously his day shift relief smiled at me, said "Good morning" and asked me if my stay was satisfactory, thanked me and wished me safe travels. The night clerk stood there and acted like he preferred to be in another line of work that didn't involve customer relations.
I can’t say enough about how wonderful my stay at this hotel was. From checking in at the front desk and being greeted by the GM to the comfort and cleanliness of my room and the common areas. I have stayed at several hotels in the area since my work brings me here often. But I must say, my assistant will only book me at this hotel going forward.
