Write a review6 and 8 member flat occupancy makes it an ideal place to stay for a group.Very clean,good service,awesome pool n ideal location to happening places makes it a worthwhile place to stay.Breakfast was good,but only vegetarian...no eggs too.Also it would have been good if there was an in-house restaurant..however there's a kitchen and room service for veg food.

Now I am a guest staying in this place right now with my 2 other friends (all boys). I checked in 2 hours ago & so far this is my experience as I went through fast & steady minutes of absolute dissatisfaction.
Owner - Lucy & Amit
Security – As you enter this place, you do not find any security guards & your doors will have single latch open key. The area around the property is zero civilization (which even merits for more security). Now lets enter the room. The room was huge (expected) with huge balcony. But to my surprise the internet cables were coming though the balcony door which meant I will always have to keep balcony door open. I will be carrying my ipad & laptop with me in the car (it will be safer there). So if you are booking this… do not carry any expensive stuff. Also no CCTV anywhere
Internet & Mobile coverage – Slow speed (not expected) for broadband connection, but since I have Indian simcard , I can use 4G. (Wishful thinking!). I could not call my parents to let them know I reached safely. This is also a reason why I am writing it here because when my friend messaged Lucy (Owner), she dint care to respond. Lucy – If you reading this, please pay me my money back & I will walk away from here, immediately. But I just cant reach you. The worst part is India’s top mobile network provider(Airtel) doesn’t service this area. Now that helps you figure out how deserted this location is.
(Annoying) Rules – 1) No Smoking signs everywhere – I find it stupid to see no smoking as I walked into shower. Duh! cigarettes & water don’t go together.
2) No music, no party after 10 pm – Really? This is GOA. You only come here if you want to sleep at 11pm on your vacation in Goa.
3) 120 rs charge for bedsheet change – in other words, be careful, you may get sand with your feet & sleep & then pay 120 rs next morning. I find it funny to even mention that in their very own 1 page rulebook (snaps below of rules)
Privacy – In one of bedrooms there is 4 feet transparent glass ceiling which anyone sitting in Loft will be able to see through. So unless you are ok, do not bang each other.
Bathroom – 2 bathrooms & in one shower is non functional. I am serious, shower dosent work…. But whom to call? No one responds.
Anyways, I will keep everyone updated as I will go through more displeasure. No floormats, No dental kit, no ceiling fans.

In heart of north goa, between calangute and bagha beach, very good eatry just adjacent .... but this place is nowhere near to resort.. very basic room.prefer ground floor..i used property to just come n take a nap..a lot of activities can be done nearby..

It has been a nice stay in this hotel as the location is awesome as both the beaches are easily accessible with nice locality and spacious rooms. They have nice service as we reached hotel some 4 hours prior the checkin time and had alloted us the room without any hassle or any extra charge. They dont have there own restaurant but eateries and drinks can easily be available from the main road or else in the same building they do have a nice veg restaurant which provides awesome food. Would suggest this hotel if looking for nice and budget stay...in Goa

I wish there were any negetive stars to rate as well .I would have not given them 1 star if it wasnt mandatory.I went with my family for couple of days for a trip to goa,and my badluck ,i end up in this hotel and my horrible experience began, right from the time of check in.I booked 3 rooms for 2nights , they wanted payment in advance, who carries that much cash to pay for your romm upfront, and they dont accept cards, any ways i managed to pay some how as we dont wanted to waste time which we didnt have enough,but this was just the beginng.The horrific story continued, went into the room and found out room wasnt clean, no water in one room, no glass in another,some very old water filled jug in 3rd one,room smelt like drain, i called them one room was fixed right away, but i asked for glass and a staff said all the rooms are full....I didnt get that excuse,But any ways we hadn't planned to stay in room whole day so we didnt care....But the problem got even worse next day,we left earlier for sight seeing, when we got back around 8 pm after atiring trip, we enter the room to see, no beds were refreshed,garbage bin was full,towels werent changed rooms were smelling.I called them and they said I didnt ask for it.(I dont know any hotel where you have to request housekeeping,I know that i have to inform if I Dont need one,I am from hospitality industry)But any ways thats wasnt it, There was no electricty,and no back up,I asked them and they said we cant do anything,he brought in few candles whereas they were dozens of hotels around with same price point and they were all glowing with lights.Well Its still not the end. We wnt out for dinner and while i was getting back at around 11 in the night,they asked me to pay for therooms for 2nd night right now...I was like come on man, its 11pm I am tired, i will pay you guys at the time of check out,but know,they started threatening my Dad and my Brother in law,So my in law made the payment.I was like we are not running away any where take the money in the morning but no...
I threaten them of the reviews and he said no one cares about the review..
Well thats my experience,not necessarilly everyone will have the same,but What I can say is for some places service is hotels priority and for some money is more important, and obviously this one doesnt care about servicemthats for sure.
