I've been holding retreats and trainings at Satsanga since they opened. As retreats and trainings are a big part of my work I have spent time at many places in Europe and India over the years and I always return to Satsanga knowing that the service and standards will always be great as well as the environment Olaf and Emma have created. All of the staff there are attentive, helpful and friendly, plus both Olaf and Emma are genuinely concerned with all the guests needs as well as the teachers. Each year I return knowing that from picking up students at the airport, to the amazing buffet each day that everything will be taken care of. The Shala spaces are both beautiful and fully equipped with everything you need. The pool is beautiful as well as the lush vegetation that has been cultivated within the grounds. Not too far from the fun and chaos of the Anjuna beach life, but in a peaceful, calm environment. I highly recommend this place for teachers booking retreats and trainings. You'll be looked after!!

Thats a cosy reteat, we may say hotel, in the North part of Goa. Rooms are comfortable and clean, food is healthy and delicious, vegeterian only. Guests can use pool in any time of the day. Yoga option is included in a package. Besides, SPA treatments are available as extra. Friendly and helpful staff. For the time to rest, I do recomend to rent scooters just at the reception desk if you like to enjoy freedom, discover local villages and to drive to the sea.

I went to Satsanga for prenatal yoga course. The place is amazing, there were monkeys in the trees and we could see them from the shala during our training, peacocks and a variety of other birds. It's very quiet and the rooms are peaceful and brightly colored. The food is phenomenal, three fresh vegetarian meals per day with filtered water available all day. The other girls in my training all stayed elsewhere and all of them ended up with food poisoning, everyone but me who stayed at Satsanga.

Olaf and his family are very hospitable as if all of the staff there. We had a room on the 3rd level and the view is amazing, there are tiny windy staircases to get up to the 3rd level but it's well worth the view. We had an open air bathroom which was super cool early in the mornings and awesome at night finding geckos running around in the moonlight. The shower water is cold all the time but it was manageable.

We stayed 14 days and overall the experience was great, I never used the pool but did enjoy the deck to lay out and soak up some sun. There are lists of things to do and places to stay, plus a list of trusted drivers who were all very helpful and spoke good English. Beautiful flower mandalas are created every other morning and the staff even created a message for my mom on her birthday and made her a cake. Will definitely stay here again and plan on bringing the entire family to enjoy the peace and tranquility.

My friend and I had recently organized a Yoga retreat at Satsanga and we were really touched by the quality of the place, the caring staff and the delicious and healthy food. The Yoga Shalas are beautiful and really well furnished and maintained. The surrounding brings also really good vibes to the practice. The place have a beautiful garden and a beautiful swimming pool. Also available, different types of Ayurvedic massages and consultations on site with holistic medicines professionals. I personally had one of the most amazing abhyanga massage and a really good workout with the physiotherapist called Nerhu. It's also a place which offers the opportunity to meet incredible and talented people. I highly recommend this sweet cocoon of peace, quietness and harmony.

I stayed here for a week on a yoga retreat. The resort was simply beautiful. The rooms were comfortable (and all equiped with mosquito nets), the pool and surrounding areas beautiful with lots of places to read a book/relax and the food, all vegetarian and made freshly inhouse by wonderful staff, was amazing. The yoga shalas were great spaces with good energy and the vibe of the whole resort was so calm and rejuvenating. It's run by Olaf and Emma, ably assisted by a wonderful group of staff. Their presence really made this place feel like a home away from home
