The Swimming Pool is good. Hotel staff are good. Food is great . Special appreciation to chef for the wonderful food. Rooms are Old and Needs renovation.I wish all the best to the management and staff of the hotels.

Hotel is centrally located near to shopping centers, malls, restaurants and other offices. Service is excellent. Hotel offers spa, swimming pool & Gym at affordable rates. Overall it is good value for money.

I would really appreciate the new outlook especially the swimming pool on the fifth floor. I had very good feedback from one of my friend from US who stayed there about the improved living room and courteous service from everyone there. I will recommend this hotel to others.

This was my first visit to hotel grand residence as it was recommended by 1 of my friend, I had planned to stay for 2 days. on arrival they clearly informed about the room types available and after all formalities i was informed about the services provided along with room. The morning break fast was really a tasty food, as i a meeting to attend i was out till evening and while i was back to room and after fresh up went to roof garden restaurant and i was shocked to see it was raining over the covered roof, then i took a table and saw out side it was not raining, then the waiter said that is the special effect (artificial raining). The bar in this hotel is so gud to hang out.
will make this hotel a regular place to stay when am in Chennai. Pool at level 5 is soooo nicely done. Happy staying here

My stay was very good, breakfast was good, enjoyed swimming & Gym.executive room is very good, very tasty food, for my next visit also i choose this same hotel for stay. this hotel is very close to my office so that i spend lot of time in the swimming pool.
