If this hotel will be sold as a 3 star hotel, it is a great property, worth every penny; but from a 4 star hotel, you expect more and in this department it fall sort of my expectation. From pictures it looked quite different, but i was unable to find out from where that photo was taken. It has a small building, almost no reception area accept for a counter and sitting area for 8-10 people. On the better side, the rooms are quite good in taste and in decor. Club rooms are specially spacious and has a nice view. sleep quality is good but in the name of toiletries there was nothing except a small soap and shampoo. apart from that the bathroom was good. Food served in the first floor restaurant was very tasty. we tried many things in buffet and found almost everything worth a try. This hotel has a swimming pool too on 8th floor. Location of the hotel is also a little bit away from city center. staff was quite helpful. Overall, do not expect a 4 star and you will be happy.

We got great offer by MakeMyTrip and were excited to check in 4-star hotel "Park Ocean" with family and booked 3 rooms (Super Deluxe Room) for 3 days but we were highly disappointed due to poor service standards.
Basic Amenity: For each basic amenity, we were required to call their room service at-least for 3-4 times, we lost it completely when told by Hotel Staff that the petty things like Dental kit, shaving Kit, etc were chargeable.
After discussion with MMT, they provided at-least Dental Kit but we were shocked to see that Rs 58 per kit (Approx 358 rs for 6 Kits) were charged in the final Invoice at the time of check out despite confirmation and reconfirmation from MMT, it took approx. 2hrs to get the checkout closed post several phone calls, repeat calls and con-call with Hotel Staff and MMT on removal of all these wrong charges.
I stayed in hotel for 3 days. But they didn’t provide the comb kit.
In second day, I bought the comb from outside.
Daily Newspaper was written at the time of booking, but they didn’t provide the newspaper in room. Newspaper available only at lobby area only.
Over all experience was pathetic as staff has zero hospitality sense and using poor language and so call senior members of staff to whom as a guest / customer we were looking for some solution were using completely unprofessional language.
Other amenities like Swimming Pool were in bad shape, water was dirty and not at all hygienic.
The only thing good we found was food @ restaurant and behaviour of its manager, though really need to work on better menu options still the same was satisfactory,
Over all I don’t recommend the "Park Ocean Jaipur” as 3-4 Star hotel.

Dear Mr. Guest You Booked A Room From Mmt They Gave You The Room In Just Rs 500 Your Standard Is Not Take A 4 Star Hotel That’s Why You Show This Kind Of Abusive Attitude and using abusive language with the female receptionist At Entrance In The Hotel That Provide Complimentary Bed And Give Me 20 Water Bottles Daily And Other Animates And Making 100 Calls To Mmt In Breakfast You Were Asking For Imported Fruits & Other Items. And Again & Again Saying I Will Write A Review And Secondary We Have Not Mention In The Voucher That We Will Provide Dental Kit And Shaving Kit On Complimentary Basis. No Hotel Provide Complimentary Amenities. If Your Experience Is Pathetic And Zero Hospitality Than Why Don't You Have Cancel The Booking On Day One Only As You Have Stayed With Us For Three Days And Again And Again Complaining For Just Silly Things As These Issues Are Of No Use. We Have Provided You The Best Services Of Our Hotel. On The Dates You Stayed With Us On The Same Dates Other Foreigner And Indian Guest Also Stayed With Us No Complain Was There From Their Side They Write A Review For Excellent Hospitality. You Are A Beggar That's Why You Didn't Pay The Amount Of Extra Amenities And Making So Many Calls To Mmt. We Are Professionals, Not Like You Unprofessional Using Abuse Language In A Hotel. We Don't Want To need such type of guest In A Hotel. First Thing I Tell You Pool Is A Facility Not A Amenities, Your English Is Also Very Poor. You Are Not An Architect So You Writing Pool Were In Bad Shape, Our Pool Is Our Usp Where Guest Enjoy A Lot. Very very nice hotel! You’re treated like royalty. Everything was very clean. We ate at the restaurant down stairs called Five Senses. Absolutely delicious!! They even made a special dish that I requested and it was one of the best I ever had! I definitely recommend staying at this hotel!

Situated near Sikar road hotel park ocean is a perfect stay if you have your own vehicle.Rooms are nicely decorated and big.Buffet breakfast is very good with variety of choice.They also have a swimming pool.Staffs are very helpful.only issue is the food price in restaurant as it is on the higher side.

We stayed here for 2 nights . It was a great stay. The rooms are clean and service is very nice. Food -lot of variety and delicious.they will serve freshly prepared. In case you need additional to buffet menu they will serve hot within short time.
A special thanks to manager at restaurant, he is very nice person.
