If in Jaipur,I would prefer to stay at park ocean if given a choice. Great location ,good ambience, cofortable room and to top it the staff is very friendly. Breakfast ,lunch and dinner all are good . I enjoyed my stay for two nights

We visit this hotel with a group of 9 from Satyam Tours. Compliments for Amar (Breakfast) the man with the glasses. Good service! In general, the rooms could smell a little better. It didn't smell that good. The toilet was clogged. A tip, if a room for three people has been booked, put an extra bed in advance

My wedding was organised at hotel Park ocean on 11th Dec....food was very delicious , all guest liked food...room was very nicely cleaned and arranged...behaviour of staff was very good , hotel manager Mr. V.JOSHI was very supportive at all events and programme..they followed covid 19 safety at utmost....I am very happy that my wedding was done at Park ocean...I would like to visit again and will suggest to enjoy Park ocean hospitality....

Check in was very quick, easy and friendly. The dining room staff were very good, attentive and friendly. Only ate breakfast there, so cannot comment on other meals. Had 2 different rooms their - both were large with comfortable beds. Stayed at this hotel as it was close to family. My only complaint is that the room could definitely be cleaner. Having stayed a total of 8 nights the room was never cleaned the same. Each day they would forget to do something in the room - like to clean the garbage or stock towels or leave the complimentary water or replace toilet paper, and wipe down furniture. If the hotel management improve on their housekeeping, this truly would be a great hotel, as they have friendly staff.

We had our stay at Park Ocean Jaipur on 13th may. We had planned one day stay for kids and they had amazing time there.
I would like to put up my special thanks to Satheesh.( the head of Guest Relations) at the reception for her sweet gesture. He was very polite n smiling n indeed very helpful for all our queries.
We had a great memorable and comfortable stay.
Be it the room service or the food everything was beyond our expectations. The Rooftop Lounge as usual the kids loved the food . The entire staff at the hotel was very friendly with kids as well.
